Packing her bags to leave hogwarts Persephone had decided she would stay at the Potters' residence. James was overjoyed when she asked if she could stay , he said ' That's a stupid question you're always welcome Percy ' to which Persephone just laughed and said thankyou.

"You will have to visit me in the holidays , now that you are actually allowed out of the house" Narcissa said excitedly packing away her dresses

"I can't wait to meet Andy : she sounds amazing" Persephone smiled folding her shirts

"I talk about you all the time so she knows literally everything about you"

"Oh really...?"

"Yeah even your recent love life with Mr Potter" she winked turning to face the girl fully "Did you guys shag or something because that boy is starting to look at you with not only stars in his eyes but with heavy lust?" the girl exclaimed waiting for a reply

"We may have-"

"Merlin , I knew it. How was it?" she asked sitting down on her bestfriends bed , beside her suitcase "Clearly it was good - you're already blushing" she teased

"He's just so sweet. I really like him" Persephone admitted

"Then ask him out , the two of you aren't dating yet are you?"

"No but I don't think that i'm very datable. I mean look at my record. Evan was a prick . Edward alright but turned out to be a prick" she pointed out

"Stop dating men that begin with E. Clearly it is bad luck for you but ... James is different . Both of those boys were obsessed with you , they didn't love you Seph. I can see James trying to love you" she reassured placing her hands on Persephone's shoulders and pulling her in for a hug

"I have the best friends" Persephone mumbled into the blonde's shoulder

"Of course you do you're friends with me" she said pulling away with a wink.

A knock on the door alerted both of their attention as rarely anyone ever enters their dorm besides the two of them.

"Come in?" Persephone asked confused , watching the door open to reveal none other than Sirius Black

"How disappointing" Narcissa mumbled

"Glad to see i'm welcome" the boy retorted "But Seph are you really staying round ours?"

"Yeah Nico suggested it , why ? is it a problem?" she replied slightly nervous

"No it's just that James has gone all mushy because you're staying. It's really quite funny" Sirius chuckled insulting his bestfriend

"See he's obsessed with you" Narcissa spoke resuming to pack her suitcase

"I thought you said that was a bad thing?" Persephone asked confused

"What's a bad thing?" Sirius asked joining in

"People being obsessed over me , because it doesn't end well" Persephone said filling the boy in

"Ohh like Rosier and Junnon. To be honest James is also obsessed with you but in a much less creepy way" Sirius clarified walking over to the girls' mirror to stare at himself

"Coming from the narcissist who's obsessed with himself" Narcissa mumbled causing Persephone to let out a chuckle

"You are one to talk" Sirius replied with an eye roll

"Oh please , your hair care routine is double the length of mine and my hair is practically double the length of yours" she sassed , going back to placing things in her trunk

"Right , yeah whatever" Sirius brushed off  "We will see you after the train ride Seph" Sirius spoke as he left blowing the two girls a kiss

"I do miss him at family events" Narcissa said with a sigh

"He is quite the character" Persephone laughed putting the last of her shirts in her trunk "Although I can't imagine him at a pure blood event. He really doesn't suit it"

"I agree. I much prefer seeing him happy in hogwarts" Narcissa smiled contently

"Hogwarts really does change people" Persephone said honestly. If she had never been sent here , she probably never would have opened up , never would've reunited with her cousins or met the marauders. Hogwarts changed her life for the better and she's highly grateful for that.

Her thoughts were interrupted by a second knock on the door " Sirius what did you forget?" Narcissa asked walking over to the mirror to put in her earrings

"Sirius was here?" James asked as he entered the room

"Well would you look at that , two visitors in one day" Narcissa said "I'll leave you two alone" she then finished after putting in her second earring
"Au revoir Seph" she waved blowing the girl a kiss , similar to Sirius' dramatic exit.

"Hey Percy" James smiled walking towards the girl and placing his hands on her waist

"Hey James" the girl smiled back "Excited for the holidays?" she asked curiously placing her arms slowly around his neck

"Estatic" he smirked

"Yeah Sirius said you were" she giggled looking into the boy's eyes

"The little snitch , what else did he say?" James gasped - betrayal in his features

"You know all the usual , drooling in your sleep , dancing in the mirror , s-" she went to finish as she was cut of by a sweet kiss from James. He didn't think that he would be able to stand and watch her lips for longer than a minute before having the urge to kiss them senseless. Persephone kissed him back of course with an equal amount of passion , only pulling away when she had lost her breath.

"I'm glad your staying for Christmas" James admitted resting his forehead against hers with a strong smile marked on his face

"So am i"
