Morning arrived. Yusei and (Reader) were still in hiding at Saiga's apartment, sleeping on the couch in the broker's office.

(Reader) was the first to wake up. She opened her (e/c) eyes, greeted with the blue ceiling above her. She sat up, finding herself on the couch and her abdomen covered in bandages. She glanced at her duelist ally, who was still fast asleep. She turned her attention to the clothes on the ground. Her dress shirt and necktie laid next to her socks and shoes, and her friend's jacket, gloves, and boots were next to his side of the couch.

The outlander carefully climbed off from the couch, trying to not make any sounds that would alert Yusei. (Reader) picked up her shoes and socks and put them on. Next, she grabbed her hair tie and tied her hair into her usual ponytail. After, she picked up her dress shirt and necktie from the floor. She frowned at how dirty her clothes looked.

'As I get used to the City, I need a fresh pack of clothes. I can't wear this outfit and shoes all the time. Moreover, I need a bath,' she told herself.
