Chapter Four

Previously on "Falling for the Football Star": Skyla nodded while Isaac laid his arm up on the couch. A little while later in the movie, Skyla's head slid off the couch and onto his shoulder, snoring slightly. He chuckled at the scene and wrapped his arm around her as he laid his head onto hers, slowly falling asleep himself.

The next morning, Lily walks into the living room to get to the kitchen that's when she sees the scene in front of her of Isaac and Skyla snuggling up, asleep on the couch. She giggled quietly to herself and snuck in front of them, snapping a quick photo of them before shuffling to the kitchen quickly.

After a few moments, Isaac woke up and looked down at sleeping Skyla. He let out a small smile and carefully moved her loose short dark brown hair from out of the front of her face. This made her snuggle closer before slowly opening her eyes.

"Morning sunshine." He smiled as she looked up at him with a head full of messy hair. She lets out a small yawn and starts to sit up.

He followed behind her, embracing her. "Morning," she mumbled while rubbing her eyes softly before looking over at Isaac and seeing his messy blond hair, she slowly reached up and combed his hair down before smiling happily. "I must've fallen asleep on you last night, sorry about that."

He looked down at her, his famous smile showing through as he looked her in the eyes. "Don't worry about it, I figured you would." He chuckled, making his eyes squint slightly.

She stared at his features as a small rosy blush dusted her cheeks. Suddenly Lily ran into the living room, jumping onto Skyla, causing Isaac to release his grip. "Isaac! Stay away!" She hissed at him in a joking manner as she hugged Skyla close to her.

Isaac grabbed his chest and gasped dramatically. "How dare you?"

Lily giggled and shook her finger at him. "My best friend! You can't have her."

Isaac shook his head while chuckling. "What? You can't share?"

"No!" Lily exclaims with a playful glare.

Isaac let out a sad sigh. "Fine, fine. You win this time."

She smirked and looked at Skyla. "You're all mine now!"

"N-No!" Skyla squealed as she broke free.

Lily then proceeded to laugh out loud, tears forming in her eyes. "Okay fine. What do you guys plan on doing today?

Skyla shrugged her shoulders slightly before jolting up. "Oh, that's right!" Isaac and Lily looked over at her, curious about her outburst. "So I'm- I have to go home today for a little bit. Mom found out about the hospitalization and insisted I come home for a little bit to visit."

Lily nodded while looking at her with a soft gaze. "I understand. You should head out, do you need a ride?"

Skyla shook her head. "No, I'm okay, I'll just take the train." She smiled happily at the two of them as their faces became consumed with concern.

"Skyla I don't think that's a good idea," Isaac spoke up. "I can drive you since I need to run out for a little anyway."

"No- No I couldn't ask you to do that." Skyla managed to say while waving her hands.

"I agree, Skyla. Let Isaac take you, okay?" Lily agreed with a sneaky smile which in turn made Skyla pout.

"Okay fine. Let me get ready then." She sighed before running off to her room.
