Chapter 12

AGNES' POV

"Dutch was this really nessacary? A party over me?"
I questioned.

"You've been riding alongside me for ten years now Agnes, of course I'm going to throw a party for you, you dumb fool"
Dutch stated.

"Well I guess ten years is a long time"
I shrugged.

"That it is, that it is"
Dutch nodded.

"Well thank you"
I grinned.

I watched as Arthur danced with Karen.

Soon Arthur will have danced with every girl in camp.

He'd danced with me, Mary Beth and now Karen.

I noticed Kieran nearby still doing chores.

"There's a party why are you still doing chores?"
I asked.

"I didn't think anybody would want me to attend"
Kieran admitted.

"You silly man, it's my party of course I want you to attend"
I chuckled.

I grabbed Kieran's hand and dragged him away from the chores.

I led him to the campfire and sat him down.

I stood next to him due to lack of seating.

A lot of people was by the campfire tonight.

"Just sit on Kieran"
Mary Beth grinned.

I gave Kieran a look.

Kieran nodded in response.

I sat on his lap which was rather comfy.

"Finally"
Tilly grinned.

I felt Kieran's Arms around my waist.

Eventually people around the camp fire began leaving for bed.

It was now just me, Kieran, Arthur and Micah.

"Does this bring back memories for you Agnes?"
Micah snickered.

"Memories of what?"
I glared.

I could tell by his tone he had nothing nice to say but then again when does he ever?

"Well I'm sure you was use to sitting on O'Driscoll's laps, maybe even there faces and now you finally get the chance to again, tell me Agnes was it fun? Been the O'Driscoll's whore?"
Micah laughed.

Vile bastard.

"What is wrong with you?"
Arthur questioned.

"Nothing cowpoke, just stating the obvious"
Micah shrugged.

"I didn't sit on there faces or laps and Kieran isn't an O'Driscoll"
I defended.

I got up and walked away not wanting to be in Micah's presence anymore.

I sat on a rock on the outskirts of the Camp whilst looking out into the water.

I felt tears running down my face.

Oh shit.

"I'm sorry this is my fault, if I didn't use to be an O'Driscoll then thi-"
Kieran started.
