We're currently below death row. Elton gets out the rempod
"We have the brand new rempod yes this thing is like really heavily built" Elton tells us holding the new rempod up
"Put it by the door" Corbin suggests
"I'm going to lose it if that thing actually goes off" Evan says behind the camera
"If that thing goes off like it would probably be the only thing to ever like make me like tear up and be like yeah hundred percent"
"You'll tear up? You never saw the notebook?" Corbin frowns
"Woah hang on that will make you tear up? Not your own sister passing out?"
"Ok I may have teared up a little" Elton admits but I roll my eyes at him
"You hear that JJ. My own brother will cry more at that rempod that he did when I passed out"
"I don't shed tears on you because you've already made me cry enough when we were younger"
"I'd suggest you be nice to me because if you have forgotten I'm still planning something"
"Wait I thought you already got your own back" Brandon asks wide eyed. I shrug
"MaybeI have. Maybe I haven't. Maybe I have something planned for all of us"
"Let's investigate" Corey says looking at the camera
"The only way that thing goes off is if you get within three inches of it" Elton says pointing to the rempod
"And three inches is a lot" Corbin says
"That's huge" I hear JJ snigger
"No not you as well" I groan
"Thea don't you think 3 inches is a lot"
"No" I deadpan say
"What about three three inches of snow?" JJ comments
"Your one of them aren't you... a man child" this makes everyone laugh. JJ literally has tears running down his face
"Remember almost every place we've gone to investigate they've always said that the more you act like the people that were here at that time the
more likely they are to communicate with you. How about two of you guys stay here, the rest of us will go out there with the night vision camera" Elton suggests
"Yeah" Corbin agrees a little to quickly
"What if it starts going off? What do we
do?"
"Well we'll be right there we're just gonna be the other side" Elton replies to Corey
"Ok that's not bad"
Just before we decide who's staying Corbin and Corey start acting like... monkeys?
"If this doesn't get anything going on I don't know what will" Brandon laughs watching the two
"I often have to remind myself that this isn't my job. When we go back to 'normality' I can get a 9-5 job at a desk"
"Their mocking them pretty bad" JJ says laughing
"You know what I feel like?" Corey shouts
"I think we should leave them here Elton" just as Brandon says that I feel something staring at me from behind. I quickly turn around
"Is there something there?" JJ asks
"I can feel something behind us"
"It's working" Elton says.
Elton volunteers me to sit in a cell on my own with the K2, evp recorder and a camera. Immediately the K2 spikes to red
"I'm definitely not alone in here" I say to the camera as I sit on the bed "is there anyone in here with me? If so you can speak into this little device in my hand here and I will be able to listen to you. Who are you?" I pause "were you killed here? Are you ok with me sitting here? Was this your cell?" I then play it back only hearing a response to 'are you ok with me sitting here?' The response was a male voice telling me to get out, which I do not wanting to upset anyone
"Elton? Corey? Where are you guys?" I call out, thankfully they were just down the hallway. I explain what happened to the group and we decide to all sit down with the K2 and evp to see if we can get anything else. Corey takes the K2 and as soon as we sit, it starts blinking red
"Alright hear me out right. I feel like elton might be on board with this. I don't think anybody else will be. Every time we go somewhere we always end up saying the same things right. Is anybody
here? We say the same verbiageall the time and what most people say is, we're not here to harm you, so"
"No. Don't even think about it" I point to Brandon
"I'm going to go ahead and say"
"Brandon I swear I will make your life hell of you say what I think..."
"We're here to harm you"
"And you said it. Hey spirits he said that. I didn't. I'm not going to harm anyone, except him and my brother" I say looking around with my hand up in defence. Elton's smiling
"We collectively are here to harm you"
"Nope no nope not me" I shake my head "we are not here to harm you they were just joking and being stupid. We're just here to try and talk to you"
"Is is that okay to talk to us? Will you make it go all the way red?" Corey asks but nothing happens
"Are you scared to talk to us?" I ask and the K2 spikes to orange
"Are you scarred of Brandon?" Elton asks and again the K2 spikes
"Did he upset you?" Corbin asks and its still spiking
"Do you now wish to harm Brandon?" The K2 stops
"It's a good spirit"
"Yeah because it knows that I'll harm you for them" I cross my arms
"Do you enjoy when we come in when we try to talk to you?" Nothing "or do you prefer to have the place to yourself?" It spikes to red
"So this is your prison and you don't like it when we're in here messing with you" the K2 doesn't stop spiking. We continue this for another 10 minutes, but that's the last contact we have with the spirit that's as talking to us.
Taking the K2 we walk down the hall and into the different cells
"There's someone by the rempod" I tell the group looking down the hall
"It gonna go off" just as Corey says this the rempod goes off
"You really just impressed everybody can you please push that again?" Corey asks
"I've never even been able to make it just beep twice it always goes 1, 2, 3, 4"
"JJ if what do you think?" Corbin asks
"There's nobody down there"
"There is someone down there, we'll no I mean there was someone down there. They're hiding now. It's kinda like a cat and mouse game. They're the cat we're the mice"
"Really Thea?"
"Bit dark?" I look at Brandon. Elton starts to walk towards the rempod but the cat balls that he set down earlier start to flash making him run back to us, which just makes me laugh
"Oh wait okay okay is that your cell? Are you trying to tell us that that's your cell?" Corey asks. The cat hall light goes off and Elton puts the evp recorder by the rempod to see if we capture any voices.
After a few ministers we check back on the recorder, but we have no luck. Now we are about to do a spirit box session.
