(AN) this is my first ever time writing a story, hope you enjoy!! (PS. All thoughts of the characters will be written like this : *insert random thought*)

As I woke up to the sound of my alarm clock, I realized what day it was! It was the day I left to collage! As I rushed into my bathroom to take a shower, I heard a voice call my name. "Lucyyyy, are you up yet you don't want to miss the buss! "
"Don't worry I'm up. Just about to hop in the shower grandma! " I shouted hoping she could hear me. After I got out of the shower I went to go eat breakfast, as all my stuff was already packed and ready to go.
"Oh Lucy I can't believe you have to leave already, it feels like it was only yesterday that you came to live with me." My grandma says in sorrow. "Don't be silly grandma it was 4 years ago I started living with you don't go exaggerating things. " I said with a sigh.
Before I knew it I had to leave to catch the buss. "Have fun at college lu lu! " my grandma says in her sweet voice. " I will but then again, it is school. " I told her with a smile.
As we said our final goodbyes, it was time for me to finally leave. I'll miss my grandma as she has taken care of me for the past 4 years of my life.
I then proceeded to get onto the buss with all my things in hand. This will definitely be something new......

(AN) Yes yes, I know this chapter was short but it's only the intro or maybe I should call it the prologue. But I will try to make the other chapters at least 1000 words as this one is only about 300. But I didn't want to start off with too much!!
