(15) Amusement park! (beach week pt6)

(AN) remember how in the first season there was that amusement park on the beach that's kinda what I'm doing here. I forgot what it was called but it was like the heaven tower maybe.

I wake up and check the time to read 9:56 am on the clock. Natsu still needs to shower so I have to wake him up, again. "Natsu get up, we don't have all day." I say poking at him. "We have till 5, that's long enough." Natsu says rolling over. "But we're going to the amusement park today at 12, so you have to get ready." I say. "It doesn't take me 2 hours to get ready." He says. "Fine but I'm waking you up again at 10:30." I say giving up. "K, thanks Luce." Natsu says. "Ya no... problem." I say realizing he's already asleep.

I watch the clock as each minute goes by, those minutes feel like forever as I wait for it to be 10:30. It finally reaches 10:30 and I go to wake up Natsu. "Hey, it's 10:30. Get up." I say lightly shaking him. He doesn't say anything and just gets up and heads to the bathroom. "Hey don't forget your clothes." I say. He grabs his clothes and heads in the bathroom.

I decide to get dressed myself as I wait for Natsu to be done. I finish putting on my clothes and look for accessories to use, and what hairstyle I should do. I look at myself with my phone while I use my hands as hair ties to try different styles.

"Can't decide on a hairstyle?" Natsu asks standing outside the bathroom door. "No, nothing seems right." I sigh. "Hmm, how bout this?" Natsu ask's putting my hair into pigtails. "Sure." I look up and smile at him. I get up and grab my hair ties and put my hair into two pigtails.

"After the amusement park are we just going home?" I ask. "I think so." Natsu says. "K then I'm just gonna put my things in the trunk now." I say standing up from the bed. I grab my suitcase and backpack and head to the door. "Hold up, you're gonna need my car keys." Natsu follows me. He unlocks the car and I put my things in the trunk. "Want me to tell juvia and gray to get their stuff?" I ask Natsu as he closes the trunk. "Sure." Natsu replies.

I open gray and Juvias door. "Hey wanna put your stuff in the trunk?" I ask them. "Oh sure, we'll be out in just a sec!" Juvia smiles at me.

Natsu, gray, juvia, and me all get in the car and head to the amusement park where we'll meet the others.

We get to the amusement park and it's pretty big. I hear screaming outside of the place, and I see rides going fast.

"Come on, we're not here to just sit in the car." Natsu says already out of the car. I get out and juvia and gray follow along. We all walk to the front gate and get our tickets. I text levy to see if she's here yet, and where we should meet. She doesn't answer until about 5 minutes later saying she just went in the most awesome ride.

We agree to meet at the food court, which was in the middle of the park. It was noisy and crowded there.

"Levy!" I shout running up to her. "Oh lu! It's like a maze here!" Levy says. "You could say that again." I laugh. We all go and ride some of the rides until we decide to split. "Let's go ride that one!" Nastu says pointing at a big ride. "Uhh, how about we start off with smaller ones first." I recommend. "What are you scared?" Nastu teases me. "No, just don't want to start off with the bigger rides. That's all." I say looking down. "Fine but after 3 small rides we're gonna go on that one, it's only fair!" He smiles at me. "Fine." I sigh as we start walking towards a ride.

Why'd we have to choose the ride with like 5 couples waiting in line. "God, can't these people wait until they're off the ride to do this kind of stuff." Nastu says looking at all the couples. "Right, like nobody wants to see you making out while they just want to get on a ride." I say also looking at all the kissing couples.

We finally get on the ride after about 30 minutes.

"See Natsu, a boring ride isn't so bad." I smile at him as we continue walking.  "Can we just ride the big one now." Natsu pleads. "No, you agreed to 3 rides we have 2 more so deal with it!" I tell him. "Fine." He rolls his eyes. He head towards the next one and wait in line. While waiting in line it starts raining. "Told you we should have just ridden the ride I wanted to." Natsu says to me. "Riding that ride wouldn't have made it not rain Natsu." I say placing my hand onto my head. We rush over to a place where it's covered and stand there.

"I'm gonna call juvia so we can leave." I say grabbing my phone. "Sounds good, I don't wanna be in this rain." Natsu says. "Hey juvia, me and Natsu are at the food court under the striped thing, can you meet us there?" I ask her. "Ok thanks." I hang up the phone. "They're on their way." I tell Natsu. He nods his head.

Juvia and gray gets to where we are and we start running to the gates of the park. We get to the car and I lean on Natsu and my eyes start to close.

Natsus pov

"Hey gray can you drive?" I ask him. "I don't mind why?" Gray asks. "I don't know if my motion sickness pills are gonna wear off and look and Luce." I say. I give gray my keys and lead Luce into the back of the car before I get in myself. We start driving and Lucy leans her head on my shoulder while she drifts off.
