Third Person's POV
Ano bang mas mahalaga sa'yo bilang isang taong nangangarap lang din?
Kasikatan? Magandang pangalan?
Tinitigang mabuti ni Byeol, o mas kilala bilang Kleia, ang sariling mukha sa harap ng salamin sa loob ng dressing room.
Kasalukuyan siyang nag-iisa at naghihintay para sa pag-uumpisa ng naka-schedule niyang activity sa araw na iyon. Hindi niya magawang makalimutan ang araw na kung saan may hindi inaasahang tao ang nagpunta sa bahay nila noon.
Nagkatinginan ang tatlong dating magkakaibigan na kasalukuyang nakaupo ngayon sa salas.
Pagkalito ang kasalukuyang nakaukit sa mukha ni Byeol. Hindi niya lubos na maunawaan kung bakit ang isang sikat na idol na tulad niya'y bigla na lamang susulpot sa mismong tahanan nilang dalawa ni Soon.
Katahimikan ang siyang bumalot sa buong kapaligiran sa sandaling kumatok sa pinto si Woozi.
"I don't know that you can't still remember me even though it is almost 15 years." The unexpected visitor started upon breaking the awkward atmosphere.
Byeol looked at him confused because of his statement. She wondered what does he mean by that, so she looked at Soonbin who was sitting beside her.
Soonbin held Byeol's hand and squeezed it lightly before talking to Woozi.
"I don't what's your business here. I don't want to be rude, but I think you need to get out of here."
Woozi looked at him emotionless.
"I just wanted to talk to her after all these years that I've been distant with you two. Also, I want to make up things with you after what I've done."
Soonbin couldn't take it anymore. He stand up and looked at him with raging fire in his eyes.
"Byeol already had enough with you. Byeol already moved on and forgot that f**kin' memory, so you must also move on. You had already a great career, so why you are asking for a chance that you shouldn't need to have after all? You gave her trauma," Soonbin retorted.
Byeol couldn't understand what's happening that day. They were obviously talking about her but she can't able to catch up due to her lost memories.
Isang malalim na buntong hininga ang pinakawalan niya, bago muling tiningnan ang make up set na nasa harapan nito
"I won't be able to be with you, but I'm begging you, Baby, don't ever talk to that guy even if you encounter him on the streets or in the company. He is not the guy you wish you are meeting to."
Byeol looked at her own reflection, before asking herself, "What does he mean by that?"
Inayos na niya ang kaniyang sarili matapos ang mahabang pag-iisip.
Minabuti niyang lumabas na agad at tingnan kung ano na nga bang kaganapan sa labas ng studio.
Ngunit bago pa man niya tuluyang mahawakan ang door knob ay kusa nang bumukas ang pinto at iniluwa nito ang lalaking kinakailangan niyang iwasan.
"Can we talk?"
Blood. Blood everywhere.
A boy holding a sharp knife heard a soft gasp. He looked at the door and was shocked when he saw his bestfriend witnessed a crime.
"Byeol...I c-can explain!" He then dropped the knife before trying to go near her.
"D-Did you...YOU! No! Don't, don't go near me!" She was afraid that she'll be like them, so she eventually walk far away from him.
"No! No, Byeol. It's not me."
"No! You k*lled them! You said them yourself. Y-You're going to punish them."
"It's not me, Byeol. Please listen to me!" He was about to reach her but eventually, the girl ran fast as she could.
"I don't wanna die!" She shouted as she went through the streets and didn't notice the approaching truck.
"BYEOL!"
Last thing she saw was a little boy from far away, looking at her while smirking.
"We are able to save her in time. But, we are sad to say that she is suffering from temporary amnesia due to the accident."
She heard people talking near her but she couldn't able go open her eyes a bit. She was in a very bad condition since she was just a 10-year-old kid that time.
"Hey, do you remember me?" A kid that was about her age asked her, while pointing at himself.
She looked at him confused before shaking her head.
"My name is Soonbin. I'm your bestfriend. And also your boyfriend." She was stunned by the other kid's words. Even her parents by his sudden jokes.
"I promise that I will protect you starting today no matter what."
That kid...
That other kid who suffered from trauma was Byeol.
And the other kid in the hospital was Soonbin.
Hoon...
The kid who almost killed Byeol...
He was Hoon after all.
