It just doesn't seem real

Jade's POV

I feel like I'm dreaming, when I look into her eyes I just can't believe she is mine. As I lay there in my sleeping bag I can't sleep the feeling of her lips on mine is pure magic. I keep tossing but sleep just eludes me and I don't know what to do. Out of nowhere my phone dings so I pick my phone up and to my surprise it's Vega. My heart speeds up and I can't help the smile that forms on my face. It has to be the goofiest smile ever.

Tori: Hey babe you awake?😍💖💕
Jade: Of course I am beautiful.
Tori: I can't sleep, want to play a card game? Please
Jade: only if it's poker.😏
Tori: JADE! You're bad 😳😝🥰😘
Jade: Who said I was talking about that kind of poker.
Jade: Get your mind out of the gutter.😏😏❤️
Tori: I'm pretty sure I know where your mind was when you said that.
Tori: Come over and hang out please.
Jade: Okay be there in a minute.
Tori: Yay! I love you baby.😘🥰💕💖😍
Jade: I love you more.

I got up and slipped on my shoes since it's still way to early to put on my regular clothes. (I wander what Sikowitz will have us do today.) I think to myself. I head out after I check on Cat. She is definitely out cold I tuck her in and leave her a quick note saying where I went just in case she wakes up. I get to Vega's tent and it's already unzipped. I barely make it in before she jumps into my arms. I can't help but laugh. She definitely knows how to make me feel loved.

I never thought it was possible to feel this happy. Truthfully after my dad left us I started to close myself off. My mom wasn't able to be there as often as she wanted to. I don't blame my mom she tried her best but having to pay all the bills, put food on the table and make sure I can stay in Hollywood Arts high school made everything that much harder. Everytime I offered to go to regular school she would tell me absolutely not. She wanted me to follow my dreams. I love my mom but it just ended up causing me to hide away. I didn't trust those around me and still don't, but thanks to Tori I have slowly started to open up my heart. Cat is definitely a different story but I'm still scared she will leave me one of these days.

I smile and kiss Tori on the cheek which causes her to pout. I giggle and then kiss the tip of her nose. I giggle again when she lets out a little whimper. So I finally give in and kiss her lovingly on the lips she smiles into the kiss and I feel my heart flutter. I don't think I'm ever going to get used to this. We pull away and she walks back over to her bed and I go ahead and zip the tent then set my shoes by Tori's.

"Okay love what's the plan. You said a card game. What do you want to play first I will let you choose." I say

"How about Go fish?" She asked

"Sounds good my love." I tell her

"Okay come sit down then." She says, with red cheeks.

I sit in front of her and grab the deck to shuffle. She looks so cute when she blushes. I pass out the cards then place the rest in between us. She goes first and of course in absolutely no time she wins then it's her turn to pass out the card. I laugh when she scrunches up her nose trying to figure out what to ask for. As soon as I say go fish she pouts then it became a bigger pout when I guessed the correct card. I leaned forward and pecked her lips to make her smile. Which worked perfectly she smiled then kissed me again. She won the game yet again but it's fine I love seeing her get excited.

"What's next beautiful?" I ask

"How about we watch something and cuddle?" She ask, with a big goofy smile.

"Sounds good babe. You choose I'm fine with whatever you want to watch." I tell her.

Tori's POV

Wow she is letting me choose that I definitely didn't expect. I know she loves scary and gore but maybe I can find something she may like. Maybe the original Dracula movie that's a great movie and it won't scare me. So I pull out my DVD copy and set up my laptop and wait for her to get comfortable. Once I wrap my arms around her and nestle my head into the crook of her neck I press play. She kissed the top of my head and held me close if I was any closer I would be on top of her.

"Dracula my favorite movie out of all the older black and whites. Very excellent choice baby." She says, quite pleased.

"Mine too! My mom got me hooked when I was younger." I tell her

I sit up just enough to give her a quick peck on the lips then go back to cuddling. I guess I ended up falling asleep before the movie ended but so did Jade. I woke up to title screen and realized it was already 4 in the morning so I just shut down the laptop set it aside covered us up and fell back to sleep. Next thing I know Cat is poking me in the cheek trying not to giggle. I swatted her hand away and stretched out I didn't want to get up but I'm assuming since Cat is awake it's almost time to cook breakfast.

Instead of waking Jade up I went to make coffee had Cat slice up some fruit after rinsing them first. I mixed up some eggs with cinnamon and nutmeg for french toast. Coffee was done so I poured some in Jade's mug added 2 sugars. The last of the french toast was finishing up and the bacon and eggs were also done. After plating the french toast for each person I added a dollop of whipped cream, added the fruit on top, drizzled some chocolate sauce, then just a little powdered sugar.

I had Cat go wake up the boys and I took the coffee to Jade. She woke up immediately as I stepped inside my tent. She looked sexy as hell just waking up. Damn! How did I get so lucky? My girlfriend is so damn beautiful even without makeup. I couldn't take my eyes off of her even if I wanted to. I walk over to her and hand her the mug with a smile and a sleepy look in her eyes. Even though we didn't get a whole lot of sleep it was the best sleep I have ever had. Being wrapped in her arms is literally a dream come true.

"Good morning baby. Breakfast is ready." I said, giving her a sweet little kiss on her lips.

"Mmmm good morning to you love." She said

"One more kiss should wake me right up." She said, with a smirk.

How could I refuse that logic? I can't so I placed my hand on her cheek kissing her for a little longer. Then lean back only to peck the tip of her nose while smiling at her. I take her hand and we walk together so we can go eat breakfast with our friends. It's a good thing I love to cook otherwise I think we would only have eggs every morning. With Jade next to me we dig in. I have to say this is the best french toast I have ever made. I thank Cat for helping with the fruit and coffee. Of course the boys helped take the food to the table. Everyone seemed to be happy with their food not a whole lot of talking went on. By the time everyone finished eating there were absolutely no leftovers. Which makes for an easy clean up.

I grab mine and Jade's dishes and go to start washing but Beck tells me he has it since myself and Cat made a delicious breakfast. I told him thank you with a big smile and walked up behind Jade wrapping my arms around her. Only to get a kiss on the cheek. After the boys finished cleaning we waited for Sikowitz he was of course gone yet again before anyone woke up. I look over to Cat who can't control her laughter.

"What's so funny?" I ask

"Have you seen your neck?" Cat asked

"No! Is there something on my neck?" I ask, completely forgetting the make out session.

"You might want to look in the mirror. Both of you probably should." She says

As soon as I look at Jade's neck it hits me. I run to my tent and grab my little compact travel mirror. I'm shocked to say the least Jade marked me in several spots. Spots that can't be covered at least Jade's neck is worse. Once I join everyone Jade just gives her signature smirk that makes me shiver in excitement. (Damn you Jade completely knowing what she did.) I couldn't be mad because it was a lot of fun getting these marks might as well wear them with pride. Everyone starts laughing when they see my red face. I try to hide in Jade's neck but that just makes it worse.
