Mother: Taylor? What's wrong dear?

Taylor: I have something to confess...

Mother: I'm listening.

Taylor: I looked at the book on your bed...

*Taylor's mother has a shocked face*

Mother: The boring one?...

Taylor: Yes that one.

Mother: So, you know...

Taylor: Yeah...I do.

Mother: I'm sorry for keeping that from you but I just didn't want you to stress. Your still very young.

Taylor: I understand. You were protecting me. But my curiosity got the best of me I'm sorry mother.

Mother: It's alright. It's just a prediction after all, I'm sure the last thing won't happen.

*Taylor puts their hand on their mums lap*

Taylor: I'm just glad to be spending time with you.

Mother: Me too.

?: Dang it. I don't know this question.

Taylor: What's the question! I will help!

?: That is kind of you Taylor but that's why I'm here. To teach.

Taylor: Oh right, sorry.

?: It's alight.

Anna: Hey Tay. Are you alright you have seemed very helpful lately, more helpful then you normally are...

*Taylor takes a breath in and out*

Taylor: I read a book that had predictions...One of those had already come true.

Anna: The weather and natural disasters?

Taylor: Yeah. How did you how?

Anna: Online. A lot of people are talking about it.

Taylor: Oh, okay.

Anna: You worried it will happen?

Taylor: Yeah.

Anna: It's just a prediction. Don't get stressed out by it!

Taylor: I'll try.

Anna: GIRL! Don't try, DO!

Taylor: I prefer they/them pronouns.

Anna: Well you are born a girl and you are gender neural so today you must be a girl.

Taylor: You were born a snake. Bye Anna.

Anna: The hell Tay?!

*Taylor walks out of the classroom*

*The teacher follows Taylor*

?: What happened? You don't normally storm off.

Taylor: Anna misgendered me.

Taylor: What?! You people wonder why everyone hates this school...

*The teacher is on the edge of madness*

Taylor: Wasn't it clear? N. O. That spells no, did you even go to school?

?: I'm calling your mother!

*Taylor gives the teacher a death stare*

Taylor: Please do. It's better then you being in front of me.

IN THE PRINCIPLES OFFICE

Mother: So what did my child do wrong?

Principle: She yelled at a teacher and called a child a snake! That is no acceptable behaviour!

*Mother turns to Taylor*

Mother: Taylor? Did you?

Taylor: Yes.

Mother: APOLIGIZE TO ANNA RIGHT NOW!

Taylor: Why should I? After what she said to me? And the teacher?

Mother: Your right, I'm sorry child. What did they tell you to make you act out like this?

Taylor: Anna misgendered me, and so did the teacher. They both said I was born a girl so I'm a girl.

*Mother looks up in anger at the teacher, principle and Anna*

Mother: This is how you treat my daughter?! A grade A student keeping your school alive!

Mother: I'm not upset. I'm just disappointed in all of you... Even God would accept my daughter!

Mother: I'm sorry hunny. Gooday!

*Mother stand up from the chair, grabs Taylor's arm and leaves the school*

Taylor: Thanks mum for believing me.

Mother: Of course.

*Mother kisses Taylors head*

Mother: You are safe now.

*Taylor hugs Mother tightly*

Taylor: Thank you.

THE NEXT DAY | WEDNESDAY | JANUARY 6th 2030 | 7: 00 AM | IN THE LIVING ROOM

Mother: Watching the news again dear?

Taylor: Yeah. I'm still pretty terrified.

Mother: We still have each other.

The tv: Todays news! Be prepared for massive thunder storms today and tomorrow!

*Taylor hugs herself*

Mother: Oh, dear.

*Mother hugs Taylor*

*Taylor starts crying*

Taylor: That's it...
