I wake up to some hard knocks to my door, I look at the time... its late into the afternoon. Oops.. i fix my hair a bit before answering the door. Its sleepy?
"Zhara!- Did you, did you just wake up?"
"You can't judge me you wake up as late as 8 sometimes."
"Fair. But uh, fanboy kinda did some dumb stuff.." I raise my eyebrow.
"Such as?"
Sleepy sighs. "He made a ton of clones. I genuinely mean a ton."
"How did he even?" I question
"Monkey king power stuff." He says plainly. Ah, makes sense. "We're gonna have to help spot out a few."
"'Kay give me a bit ima just get ready." I sigh. I close the door on the fish to go and get ready for this search.
I walk out, ready to complain.
"Man, I just woke up too. Wheres Mei, can't she help?" I question as we start walking out the complex.
"No idea, if anything she might be stuck with a clone." He pauses. "Its weird, they kinda act the same but you will be able to spot the difference." Sleepy says.
"Huh, clones are a weird thing to even think about." I reply and think for a bit before we stop at a street. "Lets split up the streets meet back in ten at pigsy's if we find nothing." He nods and we split up.

Narrator pov stuff

The fish demon, tired and bored head to pigsy's earlier than agreed with. Just two minutes earlier, she wouldn't mind. He though to himself, as he enters he is met with an obvious clone. Sleepy sits next to the clone, then noticing someone sit next to him too.
"A bit earlier are we?" He turns to see Zhara.
"Haha.. yeah.." The demon sheepishly rubs his neck. The freckled girl tilt her head to see her brothers clone then to make eye contact with the demon. As if they understood each other, both nod and break the eye contact.
"Hey lil bro!" Zhara exclaims. "Where have ya been? We've been lookin for you."
"I've been here all day.." The clone sweatdrops.
"Hmph." The three sit there in silence. Two waiting for MK to dissipate the clone.
Sleepy breaks the silence, "Ya know MK, I used to have a friend back when I was a guppy."
"Guppy?" The clone questions.
"Yea, when I was younger then I am now! I like referring to myself with fish terms since, I basically am one ya know?" The clone then nods.
"So tell me about this friend of yours." The MK clone says. Zhara looked at the clone weird, definitely isn't a way her brother would speak. "Well.. he was super cool and nice as well! He could manipulate shadows and had plays every so often! He was my bestest friend, too bad he's gone now...but things like that happen ya know? Best to enjoy it while it's there n all that" The fish glanced at the freckled girl before looking down quickly. The clone nods again, the two not ever noticing the shadow of the clone having purple eyes.
"Thats sad, but your friend sounded really cool! Would've been awesome to know the dude!" Zhara chimes in. The original MK comes in quickly dissipating the clone.
"Im so sorry!" He huffs out of breath.
"Woah woah fanboy chill out! I knew it was you!" Zhara gets off her seat. The boy looks at the demon with tears in his eyes."Really.. you did?" Zhara puts her hand on her brothers shoulder.
"Its not that serious, plus this one acted really weird." She says to MK. Sleepy nods in agreement,
"So was that the last of them?" Sleepy asks MK.
"I think so.. wait. MEI!!" The boy quickly leaves to go help his friend.
"Yeah, something was off about that clone dude." Zhara crosses her arms.
"Definitely, its whatever now though. Want some goldfish?" He asks taking out a bag of goldfish. Zhara doesn't dare to ask how long the fish has even had the bag and took some.
