(Chomper P.O.V)
I picked up Scientist and carried his delicately small frame back to the base. It took all I had not to give in and gobble him up. (spicy way)
I returned with him to the base in the hopes of avoiding discovery, which fortunately didn't happen. When I observed that Scientist had bruises all over, I put him on my bed. I don't believe those bruises are the result of fighting plants because they resemble punches and whips, which plants cannot achieve.
Someone must have injured him for something, and they appeared to have done so recently too, so anger soon took control. I made the choice to wait until I made the choice to take action. I immediately chose to help him though after quickly recalling his leg. As I was doing that, I became increasingly irritated by the marks and bruises that were all over his calf. That's when
(Scientist P.O.V)
When I saw him, I began to become aware. He had my leg in his hold. Did it intend to consume me? I covered my face with my arms so I wouldn't have to see the mess he was going to create with my blood, but he said something that really shocked me.
