I get back to my dorm room and flop on my cardboard ass bed. Shit I never got Joes number. I miss him already. I start stalking his instagram and follow him, no sight of a girlfriend. Green flag number one. As soon as I get off my phone I see Joe followed me back fast. ''Why does Josh allen follow you''he dmd me. I sigh and reply back. ''Why wouldn't he?.Jk hes my friends brother'' Joe started typing. ''thats such a flex wtf''he wrote. I didn't even think about it but yeah its cool the Bills quarterback is my besties brother. To be honest I don't really follow football sooo. ''Can I have ur number'''he sent just as I was about to shower.

''Yeah sure but don't be trying to use to me to get hooked up with Josh''I replied. ''Lol I wont Josh is cool I plan on playing for the Bengals in the NFL so I'm not to heartbroken Josh allen followed you before me''Joe said. I gave him my number and saved his contact. I'll facetime Sarah after I shower, since I have to process everything.

I take a long and relaxing shower then of course facetime Sarah. ''Guess whooo followed me and has my number''I smiled. ''Channing tatum''Sarah sarcasticlly said. ''Absolutly not, Joe burrow''I proudly said. ''your going to have to hardcore study football now''Sarah laughed. I nodded knowing thats true. ''Imagine he goes to the same football team as my brother in the NFL''Sarah laughed. ''Nah he plans on going with the Cincinnati bengals since hes from Ohio''I began looking at how far ohio is from here. ''Oh well I'll still tell Josh your in love with a football player and not a soccer one like we all thought''Sarah stated. ''Mhm'I spoke. Ive loved soccer since a little kid ever since being at LSU I fell in love with it more cause my coaches aren't bitches.

''OH I forgot to tell you something important''Sarah proclaimed. ''Hm''I looked at her. ''During fall holiday in October Jaden is flying me out to California''she said excited. ''Nice where in Cali''I asked. ''LA but don't worry their colleges are expensive I don't plan on transfering......''She added. ''Thats good I would be lonely with you''I sighed in relif. I hope Sarah doesn't like LA cause I know she will transfer and I would only have Joe who is nice but Im still timid around.

Another day down and off to soccer practice. Joe and I have texted throughout the day and we agreed to meet up by the lockerrooms. I get there first and Sarah tells me "good luck pookie 🥰".  I laugh and spot Mr.Burrow. "Lexiee whats good, I still cant believe you knew Josh allen and didnt tell me" joe said. "I dont really follow football much so i didnt bring it up"i shrugged. "Lexie i gotta be honest most girls fangirl over me, dont get me wrong I like it sometimes but, I like that your calm and pretty"joe mumbled the last word. I heard it but Im not telling him I did.

"Yeah and I thought you were an arrogant guy but turns out your really sweet and handsome"i mumbled the last word like he did. Joe blushed and so did I. We fist bumped and went into the different lockerrooms.

"You and Burrow still not a thing"the same teammate from yesterday asked. "Nope" i took a deep breath. During practice all I could think about was Joe and his little smirk. Luckily we mostly did running drills also passing to see which position suited us. I was center forward last year and enjoyed it, im hoping i get it again this year. I did my best and coach told us that tomorrow we'll find out our positions.

I went to my lockerroom and got my Grey nike elite bag. I said bye to everyone and walked out... then I saw Joe outside of the football locker room. "Hi joe"I smiled. "There you are, I wanted to walk with you and get to know you more since we barley have classes together"Joe said. "Yeah lets go" I motioned. Joe and I walked to the dorms and talked about growing up in Ohio and me in CA. I told him my family was part of the Bills mafia growing up but Id be willing to wear orange,white,and black for him. If he got drafted to the Bengals of course.

I was wayyy to bold but it felt nice not getting picked on and judged for being myself. Joe told me about playing basketball and football also some baseball. Joes plan was to be a pro basketball player but in his junior/senior year of highschool he loved football. I told him about playing soccer. We both agreed to go to at least one of eachothers games.

I tried to facetime sarah but she was already on with Jaden. I was dying to tell her about joe and I, plus she would love to know Joes a cat guy.
