Burrow and Allen

It was now friday, Jadens coming at around 3pm his plane lands at 2pm. Sarah and I decide to be productive on our school work, so we can come up with a plan to take the boys on a small vacation. I get my coffee and get to work, I have a paper due at 11:59pm. I work on that until around lunch time. Instead of door dashing food like I have in the past days; I decide to make myself a sandwhich and some chips. I grab the condiments and some (hopefully not expired ham) from target. Then eat it on the counter watching youtube like a sticky ipad kid. 

Then there was a knock at the door, ''Can I ever enjoy my food''I groaned. Another knock. ''Im coming asshole''I hopped over hoping it wasn't Sarahs doordash or something. I open the door...Its him. ''Ugh the fuck you want''I roll my eyes looking at non other than a 6'5 Josh allen. ''can I come in and talk''he asked politely. ''who is it''sarah came over. ''do i have to file a restraining order against you or something''she sighed. ''you are like an annoying mosquito that wont go away'' she added walking away with her middle finger up. 

''whats with her''he asked. ''probably on her monthly lady days''I laughed. ''but fine come in but make it quick''I said. ''I will I promise''he said. We sat on the couch and I motioned him to start talking. ''so I'm leaving to go back to Buffalo tommorrow''he started but I cut him off. ''wait you've been here for like 3 weeks''I asked. ''yeah, its nothing''he said after I interrupted him. ''anyways I just wanted to say sorry for basically calling you a hoe and everything''he added. I sat there silent. ''ok''I voiced.

''I get you dont wanna forgive me, I probably wouldn't either its just''he trailed off the last words. ''go on''I started to get frustrated again. ''I've liked you since 9th grade''he blurted. I was taken back. ''oh'' is all I said. ''I'm sorry Lexie, please dont be mad but my plane leaves soon so I-I-I have to go''he was all flustered and ran out the door. I just sat there staring dead at the floor remembering that one spring break when I was a freshman in high school.

*FLASHBACK* ''we should go sneak out on the boat tonight''Josh told me when we were hanging out with our families by the marina. ''yesss''I said. ''Ill swing by, dont worry''Josh winked. I blushed, Sarah cant find out. It soon came 6pm and we went back to the lake house. I smiled at the thought of Josh and I sneaking out alone. My parents snapped me out of it by telling me we had to leave this weekend. I went up to my room and packed a small bag of 'necessities' and waited til it was 10pm. Josh was at my window, and I climbed out. He caught be with his muscular arms ''letss goo''he whispered. We walked hand in hand to the marina, trying not to get caught after hours. ''Alright lets go in the boat''he led me to his families pontoon and we sat next to eachother. I cuddled into his chest admiring the lake in the dark. Josh had his hand on my tan thighs, we then looked at eachother and kissed. His lips were soft and warm. Then he lifted up my chin afterwards, ''I've been meaning to tell you thi-''Josh started. But a security guard flashed a light on us, josh whispered ''shit'' under his breath and we booked it to the bathrooms. Just barley escaping the tall security guard. 

*END OF FLASHBACK* I tear up at the thought of my first kiss, I really shouldn't have been mean to Josh all those years. After I got in major trouble for sneaking out. Sarah then waved her hand infront of my face. ''dude youve been out of it for a while''she said. ''your brother told me he liked me and its been for a while''I looked up at her. ''I KNEW IT''she yelled. ''Dont go to him though, stay with Joe. I can't lose my best friend to my brother''she told me. ''I love Joe, I could never be with your brother. its just he just now told me and I have no words''I told her. ''good,dont let him get to you. Its all in his mind games''she said before heading back to her room.  

I finished my paper in the living room so I can see Joe when he comes in. I am a certified clingy girlfriend, he should be home soon so we can get Jaden. ''alright where should we take the boys this weekend''sarah came out. ''maybe the beach or something and we could rent a hotel''I suggested. ''yesss, we should go to New Orleans too''she started looking up hotels. ''how about the coconut beach resort its by the beach''she said. ''book it''I said. She nodded and booked a room with two beds with an ocean view. ''do you think Jaden will ask me to homecoming, I mean look at how cute Joe did with a sign and in a private area''sarah sighed. ''dont worry he will come through''I patted her shoulder. 

Joe came through the door looking adorable as always. ''ALRIGHT LETS GO GET MY BOYFRIEND''Sarah yelled. ''well good afternoon to you too Sarah''Joe looked at her sarcastically. She rolled her eyes and started getting ready, ''no but for real Joe we have to get going Sarah needs to see her other half''I laughed. He smiled and helped me up off the couch. I grabbed my bag and put just mascara on with some bath and body works perfume. ''your cute''Joe admired me standing up with my crutches. ''you are too dont worry''I crutched to his side of the bed. ''when is your next doctors appointment''he asked me. ''I dont know hopefully soon, Im ready to get a walking cast''I sighed. Joe felt bad but still threw me his hoodie to put on. 

I gladly took it. I made my way to the living room with Joe guiding his hand on my waist. *instant butterflies* ''finally my Gosh I need to hug my Jaden''sarah whinned. She then walked out the door and got in her car, not waiting for us. ''this gonna be you when I have to travel for a game out of state after fall break''Joe smirked closing the door. ''shh we can't talk about that right now, save it for when the time comes''I told him. He chuckled and opened the passenger seat door for me.

''alright lets goooo''sarah put some sunglasses on.  ''yo, can I have a pair''i asked. ''sure in the center console''she said. I opened it up and there was like 50 different pairs, ''is this where all my shades went''I laughed. ''Jaden likes them, so now I like them''she shrugged backing out of the parking lot. ''can i have a pair, my blue eyes are delicate in the sun''Joe pleaded. ''no, close your eyes''Sarah looked at him in the rear view mirror. We put on basic white girl music on the way to the airport. 

''are we there yet''Joe groaned. ''dude I gotta find a fucking parking spot''sarah yelled at him. ''sorry about my boy, hes just a toddler in disguise''I laughed. ''you guys are mean''he joked. ''welp Im going to go find my baby''sarah quickly left the car. I tried to keep up so I can record her reaction. Joe was behind me the whole time, helping me up stairs. 

''Jadens by the starbucks waiting''Joe whispered to me. ''Alright I got my phone recording''I said after we got to the top of the stairs. I saw the starbucks sign and Sarah looked around. ''SARAH''a voice yelled. It was Jaden, he was holding a sign that read 'homecoming sexy Sarah?' I laughed, A for effort and creativity. Sarah jumped into his arms, completely ignoring everyone. ''yes I will go to homecoming with you Mr.Hossler''Sarah bursted into tears. I looked at Joe, he had his arm around me smiling. ''they're so cute, we definitely have front row seats to their wedding'' I took a seat because my left leg was getting tired. Joe then did the same, ''which one of us will get married first''Joe had an adorable grin. ''that, we will have to see''I laughed leaning into him.

Authors noteee: GUYS. JOE LOOKED SO CUTE ON THE TODAY SHOW THIS MORNING and ofc Joe montana looked good too for being 66. But Joey at the stock exchange you could tell he was having fun. I'm so proud of him,also Olivia giving us all the Joe content?? I love her, and I really wanna be besties with her. Shes just so slay.  AND apparently Joe has seen the edits, the today show did a video of him on tiktok.. yeah hes seen some lmao.
