Once the excitement died down we went and got a victory dinner. Mcdonalds per Jadens request. We went with it, Josh and Olivia went to a hotel to stay at. ''Alright since Joe won his game,your all coming to my game''I said. ''Oh yeah sorry I don't watch soccer I cant come''Jaden finally got comfortable around us. ''To bad cause, I saw you chowing down on that glizzy. Guess you have to miss out on it''I shrugged eating some fries while we went to Sarah apartment again. This time Joe and I brought overnight bags. I was already dreading talking to Joe about my cousin. I will do it though.

We got home around 10pm, we were all exhausted and said goodnight to eachother going separate ways to our rooms. ''Hey Joe can we talk''I asked cracking my knuckles. ''yeah of course''he said. We set our bags on the floor and we sat on the bed. '''So Josh is dating Olivia holzmacher''I started. He looked at me silently. ''thats my cousin''I added. I saw his eyes get bigger. ''what''he said quietly. I nodded. ''I'm so confuse right now, pinch me I'm not dreaming''Joe was very shocked. ''No but Joe I am being very serious, thats my cousin my mom is her dads sister''I said holding Joes hand. ''My ex is your cousin and is dating my best friend, thats cool''Joe said. ''And she was the game I assume''Joe went on. ''yeah, I'm sorry it just didn't click with me that my cousins name is Olivia and the notes in your bag had Olivia, I am sorry Joe, I feel so bad, I-'' Joe cut me off and kissed me. ''Lexie stop, its ok I promise. I love you Lexie not your cousin, I love you. The past is the past, lets focus on the future''Joe smiled. ''What about Josh, cause he knew that shes my cousin and is now dating her for God only knows what''I said kinda getting stressed out.

''Well I guess we know not to trust Josh cause he will go behind your back''Joe said digging out his clothes and getting ready for bed. ''He is fake, I thought he would be like Sarah''I said. ''No two are alike''Joe told me before heading to the bathroom across the hall. I nodded and felt sad because, Josh was always there for Sarah and I. Now I can't trust him after he failed to tell anyone he was dating my cousin.

Joe came back and he shirtless. I stared, but he asked a question ''does Sarah know her brother is dating your cousin, my ex'' I thought about it for a bit. ''No actually I don't think so, because she doesn't know you dated her. And she didn't even sit near Josh and Olivia they were like a row behind us''I said. ''You should probably tell her tomorrow''Joe got into bed. I quickly went to the bathroom and changed. Then I snuggled up to Joe, he was so warm.

I woke up and checked the time, 3:34am. I got up to use the bathroom so I can fall back asleep. Joe's grip got tighter as I moved, I then wiggled my way out of his big arms. I walked slowly trying not to wake Joey. When I opened the door, the kitchen light was on. ''shit''I said under my breath. I hope this isnt part of a horror movie. I went to the bathroom, then checked out who was out there. ''Hey Lexie''Jadens voice called. ''Oh its you, I thought it was some ghost face. I dont know'' I laughed.  Jaden smiled. ''What are you doing up''I asked.  ''I can ask the same about you''Jaden looked up. ''I had to use the bathroom''I sat on the kitchen stool next to the island. ''What about you?''  Jaden hesitated. ''Just thinking, I don't know. Sarahs so happy with me here but what about when I leave? I absolutely love her, I will miss her more what am I going to do?''Jaden sighed. ''When are you leaving''I asked. ''Tuesday but she said she was looking at UCLA to be closer to me and family, which I don't know when that is''Jaden yawned. 

''Oh''is all I say and leave. I hope Sarah doesn't choose to go to UCLA, God only knows how long I have to convince her to stay. I open the door to Joe and I's room. He is still sound asleep, I crawl back into his arms. Still thinking about Jaden saying how Sarah has been looking at UCLA. 

Next thing I know, Joe woke me up and I sniffled also rubbing my eyes. ''Are you alright, Lex''Joe asked. ''No not really''I fake smiled remembering 4hrs ago. ''Would you like to talk about''Joe sat up and hugged me. I explained waking up at 3 and Jaden talking about Sarah, along with UCLA. ''Im sorry my love''Joe kissed my check and wrapped his arms around me. ''gym today''I asked. ''Its starting to rain''Joe looked at me. ''I have an idea''my sadness left. I pulled Joes hand and got him off the bed. I put on my shoes, Joe did too. Hes still clueless of what I wanna do. 

Jaden and Sarah arent up yet, so Joe and I slip out the door and go in the rain. ''Come on Joe lets dance''I said closing the door. I put on Morgan Wallen and set up my camera. ''Country''Joe laughed. ''yes sir''I said. Joe spun me around in the apartment parking lot. Our hair was getting soaked as the rain got heavier. Then Joe spun me once again and we locked eyes and kissed passionately. ''What are you two idiots doing''Sarah laughed opening the door. Joe and I put up our middle fingers and we smiled at eachother. I grabbed my phone and we went inside. 

''You gonna go talk to Sarah''Joe asked opening the door to our temporary room. ''I should''I asserted. We got ready for class and went out to the kitchen. ''Sarah do you have any damn food here''I questioned. ''Uhhhh, I'm a broke college kid living off ramen, what do you think''she remarked. I nodded, knowing we are doing a starbucks run before school. ''starbucks then''I asked. She nodded. ''Why don't yall just eat in that dining hall''jaden voiced. 

''its gross''i gagged at the thought of a raccoon in there a year ago. ''we all ready''Joe asked. ''yes''I got my backpack and overnight bag. ''your leaving me againnnn''jaden pulled Sarah by the waist and kissed her goodbye. ''soonnn, jae bae''she said. We went out the door and I prepared to confront Sarah. 

Sarah drove and I went in the passenger seat. ''So Sarah, did you know your brother is dating my cousin AKA Joes ex''I started. ''Also when were you going to tell me, you were looking at different colleges''I added. ''oh snap''Joe gasped. Sarah was silent when she started driving. ''Ok first off, Josh wont tell me about his love life, I'm sorry Joe my brother is a dickhead. And Lexie I'm not going to another college I just wanna see different schools that are closer to home, IF I choose to go to graduate school''Sarah broke the awkward silence. ''Mhm''I said. ''I would like to add, where did you get the information that I was transferring''Sarah asked. ''Jaden''I looked out the window. ''Just dont worry about it I'm not leaving you...''Sarah explained.
