Tony POV

"Olive," I say, desperate, "Please, nobody touched your pizza."

"It tasted off," She doesn't look at me, "And this footage looks odd."

I roll my eyes, leaving the room. She's insane.

I walk into the living room, "Okay, who did it?"

"Did what?" Loki smirks.

"Messed with the footage. She's obsessing now,"

Clint and Loki look at each other and start laughing.

"What did you do?"

"I cut half a second out of the footage," Clint tells me, laughing.

"We didn't do anything to her food," Loki adds.

"Why would you do that?"

"It was freezer burnt, we know she'd think it got messed with,"

"Assholes," I get them to follow me to where Olive is, "Tell her"

"Olive," Loki starts, "We have something to tell you."

"And we are very sorry," Clint adds. Olive turned her head around so fast I worry she gave herself whiplash.

"I'll kill you, Clint," She whispers, "And I'll do my best with you too, Loki."

"The pizza was freezer burnt," Clint starts laughing, so Loki tells the rest, "All Clint did was cut half a second out to mess with you."

Olive leans back in her chair, letting out a long sigh, "That means it's time to run. You're not safe,"

The two book it.

After their footsteps stop, Olive starts laughing and turns around to high-five me.

"I can't believe those idiots don't know Jarvis tells you if security footage has been tampered with,"

"I still don't know why you needed to make such a show out of it," I tell her, "And why you actually spent hours going through footage."

"Well, I needed to act like I was distressed about it. They kept coming by and listening. I know because Clint sneezed in the vent watching me." She beams at me, "Also, I didn't go through it. I was watching a show."

I start laughing, "When did you get so sneaky?"

"When I was nine and crashed dad's car into that lake,"

"That was you?"

"Duh," She shrugs, "That's where it all went wrong."

I shake my head, laughing, "There was a whole investigation, they were worried it had been stolen,"

"I was pretending to drive it, but that got boring," She tells me as she turns off the computer.

I nod, not sure how to respond to that.

"Do you know how to drive?" I ask.

"Not sure," She responds.

"Want to learn?"

"Nope," She yawns, "I want to take a nap. See you later."

She leaves the room, and me confused.

I decide to go work on my project. I'd tell you about it, but I don't think anyone who isn't a genius, billionaire, playboy, philanthropist would be able to understand. That or the author is too fucking lazy to think of something cool. It's definitely not the ladder.

Somewhere between an hour and two days later, Jarvis snapped me out of my focus, "Sir, I have a message that is rather urgent,"

"Lay it on me,"
