3.𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫

that day I fainted due to stress, now I might faint due to all these disgusting stares I'm getting 

I don't have words to describe this feeling, we are getting married in front of all those people who were present when my sister was in 𝒎𝒚 position 

I look at them with grief in my eyes, not because I'm scared but confused, confused about how they are  able to 𝒔𝒎𝒊𝒍𝒆 after all that,

 how are they smiling when they know I'm my sister's 𝒓𝒆𝒑𝒍𝒂𝒄𝒆𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕, how are they smiling when they know my sister is no more, how-

there's a tight grip on my hands, I look up to see jungkook glaring at me 

I then realize its turn for my vows

priest: ms.y/n do you take this man in front of you as your lawfully wedded husband

I look up to see the man who the priest is mentioning as my 𝒉𝒖𝒔𝒃𝒂𝒏𝒈, he looks pained, even more than me, I know he is also feeling the same things I'm feeling right now, he wants me to say "𝒏𝒐" 

y/n: .....𝒚𝒆𝒔..

priest: you are now tied together forever in front of God's eyes 

I'm sure that's what was told to my sister as well, she was the most beautiful person I've ever seen on the day of their wedding, they looked happy.....

just as both of us entered "our home"

he pushed me to the ground, stood in front of me, and pulled my chin up while his slender finger pushes itself up onto my chin

jungkook: I want you to remember that this marriage is nothing but a soon-to-be-broken contract, if you want to live here without getting killed by me, just stay in your room and don't cause any trouble, don't expect any mercy from me JEON Y/N

ah, my name has changed now didn't it, hearing my name from his mouth for the first time is surely making my heart feel much more suffocating, it's weird, that's 𝒏𝒐𝒕 my name, it's my sister's, not mine, don't call me that-

he grips my chin roughly

I squeeze my eyes close in pain, but don't let my pained voice out

jungkook: say something goddammit!

y/n: .......

it's not that I don't want to say "Yes i will do as you say until we get divorced or until you find someone better" 

but my voice just died down while I was in the car, driving here

jungkook: aARGH!

he pushes my chin away from him 

jungkook: hyori! 

a not so old, woman starts rushing from the other side of the long hall, she looked like she was in her early 30s

Hyori: yes sir!

jungkook: take this thing to the room

she looks at me with guilt in her eyes, I suppose she knows everything already

she helps me get up and takes me to a room upstairs 

Hyori: um this is your room miss! if you have any trouble please do ring the bell that has been placed on top of your bed, oh and I'm Hyori, the assistant around here, um ill be taking my leave now 

she bowed and left

such an optimistic woman...

I get in the room and slump over on the bed with my face fully indulged in the soft pillow 

y/n: sigh...what should I do aeri.....

my eyes awake due to loud knocks on my door 

it seems to be the dawn has already set itself, its really a wonder how yesterday passes off quickly, I mean I did sleep the whole day, but still

I hastily run to the door and open it to see that Hyori is here 

Hyori: good morning-oh my god, mrs you haven't even changed from your wedding gown, forgive me but-

she rushes herself to my bed and presses the button on the top of the headboard 

not even a second passed, and about 5 to 6 maids immediately come sprinting towards my direction and stand in front of me with fidgeting hands 

Hyori: help her get changed, quickly!

hyori bowed down and left, while I was stuck with a bunch of maids who seemed to be scared of me 

they started to undress me and get me into some comfortable clothes 

after they were done, they excused themselves 

I, who have nothing to do now, walk towards the door that's probably connected to the balcony, I open the door to let the daylight fall into my dark room, it brings up my mood promptly 

I look at the amber-colored sky, it reminds me of her eyes

are you looking at me from up there aeri... do you see now, that all the people who you trusted are betraying you,...including 𝒎𝒆...,I didn't get to put out my feeling about the marriage but I still regret not being able to say anything that evening, maybe they could've listened...just maybe
