I shove my clothes into my suitcase quickly before zipping it shut.
It's 12:30 and Harry still isn't here which I'm thankful for.
I grab my bag and walk out of Harry and i's bedroom. I go down the stairs to the front door. I open the door to find Harry there with his hand outstretched like he was about to open the door.
"Jade." he sighs of relief.
His eyes go down to my suitcase and his face drops.
"No." he whispers as he looks back at me. "Your not leaving."
"Harry-"
"Please don't leave me. Jayden I love you and all that stuff that Jenny said was only half true! Please just stay and listen to me." he begs.
The taxi driver honks his horn and I look up at Harry.
"Please don't go." Tears form in his eyes.
Honk honk.
"I'll call you tomorrow." I quietly say and a choking sound comes from his throat.
"Please." he grabs me and holds me to him. "Don't go. I'll sleep on the couch, I'll leave you alone, I'll do anything just don't go."
I close my eyes as I think it over and I finally pull away. I step away from him, out of the door before walking down the sidewalk with my suitcase on the porch still. I tap on the window of the taxi drivers car and he rolls down his window.
"Thank you for waiting but I'm just gonna stay." I tell him and the man nods.
"Call me if you need anything love." the man says and I force a smile.
"Thanks."
I step away from the taxi and watch it drive away before I walk up the driveway again.
I step inside the house and Harry watches me with red eyes.
"I'll be upstairs." I tell him and he looks down at the floor.
I walk upstairs, to my room and close the door. I sit down on my bed before laying back, to stare up at the ceiling.
What a great way to start out the new year.
