MIN YOONGI – VAMPIRE HUNTER

WANTED FUGITIVE.

NEEDED FOR QUESTIONING.

Min Yoongi stares down at his phone in disbelief. How could they possibly know he is involved?

He stands up, pacing his room back and forth. Is this speculation? No. They are not allowed to send out red alerts over speculation. How did they find out?

Yoongi stops, looks up in shock and groans in frustration.

Fucking Mrs Choi!

He should have known not to involve her. She has never been as open as her husband is about her hatred for vampires. It is almost like she just follows along with his unhealthy coping mechanism.

I need to get out of here.

Yoongi jumps into action, heading to his cupboard. He grabs his jacket and his hunting bag, containing rations, water, and other survival supplies, before rushing out of his room.

Hoseok jumps as Yoongi's bedroom door slams closed.

"Hey, Yoongi, how are you?" Hoseok asks. Yoongi ignores him, roughly sliding on his boots and tucking in the laces.

"Yoongi?" Hoseok stands up and makes his way over to him, "Where are you going?"

Yoongi curses under his breath and looks up at him. Hoseok looks down at him innocently. Yoongi wishes he could go back to a time when he was as innocent as Hoseok.

But it's too late.

"Hunting," Yoongi supplies before moving past him to the kitchen, grabbing a few more supplies.

"But... you were suspended..." Hoseok mumbles, watching Yoongi wide-eyed.

"Yeah, so what?" Yoongi snaps, looking up at him, "Stay out of my business,"

Hoseok sighs, rubbing his neck awkwardly.

"Why do I feel like I shouldn't be letting you go this time?" Hoseok asks. Yoongi groans loudly before pushing past Hoseok to the front door.

"Don't bother, you won't win," Yoongi snaps as he pulls open the front door and slams it behind him, but not before he saw Hoseok's look of disappointment. Yoongi doesn't have time to feel guilty. He has to get away, now.

Pulling his hood over his head, he makes his way down his street, turning onto another that leads to the street VAMP is on.

About 30 minutes later, Yoongi is running through the forest, away from the accusatory voices and running feet after him.

"YAH! STOP RIGHT THERE!"

Yoongi peers over his shoulder to see 2 vampire hunters pursuing him. He knows he can outrun them, so he isn't too worried. But the simple fact that he has been caught fleeing into the forest is not ideal.

He spots a particularly hidden path he recognises from previous experiences in the forest and makes his way over to it. As soon as he is out of sight he leaps into a tree, scrambling up it before the hunters appear from behind the bushes.

Please...

Yoongi knows that hiding in a tree is the most ridiculous way to get away from people, but they know the forest as well as he does and will eventually find a way to cut him off. He will never lose them. But he can outsmart them.
