It was getting late, Sasha and I sat at the kitchen counter throwing back a couple of shots. Since my dad had been working late we decided to raid the liquor cabinets. Adrian walks into the kitchen, coming up next to us. He grabs the bottle. "What is it with you two and tequila?" He asked us. We giggled. It was mainly just the best tasting liquor they had, plus I wouldn't wake up feeling like a complete disaster, Just a headache, which I can live with. Granted I may be immortal but I still have mortal qualities unfortunately, I still need food to survive, or I'll starve to death. I'll wake up but it's not the best way to go out, same with alcohol poisoning. That can happen too only if I consume enough. But don't recommend either.

He takes Sasha's shot glass and pours himself a drink. Shooting it back, he makes a face. Wuss, I pour myself one taking the shot like a champ, though he was mostly human so drinking wasn't always in their favor when it came to certain alcohols. "Remind me to never tell your dad you can do that." He says, with a laugh. As if taking a shot of tequila without a problem was trouble. Sasha does the same, letting out a small burp after. "Excuse me." She giggled.

You could always tell when Sasha was feeling herself, she was alway giddy and enthusiastic. Plus this was about our 5th shot. So it wouldn't be to far behind before we were drunk. "Why did he hang up on you?" She questioned me. I shrugged, probably after my little charade, I pulled back there. "I don't know." I told her. Though I knew he probably didn't want to hear from me knowing I now know he has a secret he refuses to tell. She scoffs. "Men..." She tells me. Couldn't agree more, even Nick has yet to confess to me, and I was starting to wonder if he ever would. It's not that I don't think he doesn't love me, I just get this feeling that he isn't ready to state it right now. Being patient was never my forte.

There was a knock at the door. I look at Sasha and Adrian, only hear Tobias call out. "I got it!" He say going to the door, Sasha and I get up from our seats chasing each other out the kitchen stumbling over one another to see who was at the door. Tobias opens it, to Katie standing in the door way. She's a tall brunette with grey eyes and cute button nose. The smile that was on Tobias's face disappeared. "K-Katie." He says, with a shocked look on his face. "Hey there bias." She says with a lonely smile. Me and Sasha come around with glee. "Oh my god, what are you doing here?" I asked giving her a hug. Sasha and I bring her inside, while Tobias walked off to the kitchen, not saying a word. Awkwardness pouring from his body like a poison.

"Sorry, I Uh- I missed you guys. I came back into town, and I know it's late but I found myself driving here." She says. As if it really mattered, it was great to have the trio together, it's been years since we seen her so of course we were going to welcome her back with open arms, we were always the big three and when she left Sasha and I always felt a little empty inside. "Who cares! Your here now... Shall we?" Sasha says gesturing to the kitchen. "We shall." Katie smiles brightly. Looping our arms together we go back to our seats, with Tobias pouring himself a glass of bourbon. Adrian looks at him with concern. Seemed like someone is stressed, he downs it quickly, pouring another glass. "You okay?" Adrian asked him. He nodded vigorously. "Yeah, yeah. I'm fine." He says downing the glass again, he swallows hard, letting out a breath of air. He sits himself a crossed the way from us. "You sure? You look like you've seen a ghost." Sasha says.

I'm sure he did, she left without a word. Only to let us know weeks later that she wasn't coming back, neither of us knew why either. Until Tobias told me. He smirks. "I'm fine sash, just filled with excitement is all." He says, staring at Katie. She purses her lips together, then sighs. Grabbing the bottle she pours all of us a shot, cheering our glasses, we down them. Just to continue pouring Katie shots, me of all people knew she could use them. Giving her another, to get her on our level, now that Sasha and I were hiccuping. It was time to get her shit faced as well, it was kinda awkward between Tobias Katie and I. Katie didn't know I knew yet, which made things a little more awkward for me.
