Alectos's POV

"Take this." I receive a glare in response. "Once you've met up with him, press this button." I tap a small button on the device as I talk. I hear a grunt as I speak.

"What will happen when I push it?" His glare had soften as I replied.

"It'll cut out the audio from the viewers, should last a minute or two. We can't take any risks, Ground Zero. Now, put this in your ear. If any of the guards ask about it, tell them it's a hearing aid." He lets out another grunt as he takes the device from my hand and places it in his ear.

"Stop telling me what to do!" His voice gathered some attention as I tried to hide from their gazes.

That's the only problem with meeting them during the day. Luckily, I had a makeshift suit that would hide my body. It was simple casual clothing along with a scarf to cover most of my face. Not my most creative idea, but it works.

"Just do as I say and keep quiet. I'd prefer if my identity wasn't revealed just yet." His glare hardens again as a threatening glance makes his way to his eyes.

"Why shouldn't I expose you. You are wanted." I match his glare, trying to get him to back down.

"I'd like to think you'd still need my help. After all, I don't think you could've gotten this far without me." His eyes falter but stay strong. Just one more push. "Besides, I'm sure you wouldn't want the truth about Horu to be revealed. What he did to get Rumi Usagiyama back from the league." His eyes widen.

"What?" His voice shakes slightly. "What do you mean?"

"Oh, you don't know?" My glare keeps its pressure as he backs down. "Maybe you should ask your dear friend Nezu. Now then, do as I say."

He grumbles something under his breath and turns away, now facing the car which would take him to Tartarus. I look to the driver and notice Aizawa, his eyes narrowed on me hearing my comment and simply nods for Bakugo to get in.

Turning around, I find Mirko's eyes glued on me. Once the car was far enough away, she started questioning me.

"How did you find out?" Her eyes didn't leave me as she pushed for an answer.

"It's as I said. I see with more than my eyes. You just have to know where to listen." Her eyes narrow slightly at my reply. "Anyway, I'm going. I see no reason to stay longer." I was about to turn away but her voice calls out.

"Wait!" I turn back to her, focusing my attention on what she wants. "Before you go, would it be alright if I asked you something?" Releasing a sigh, I agree and motion for her to ask.

"There was a rumour, about you having a sidekick. Was it true?" Casting my eyes downwards, I think of what to say.

"I did." Her eyes widen slightly at somber tone I held. "This kid, his parents left him a couple months after he was born and I looked after him from time to time when he was in his teenage years. After some time I trained him and soon he patrolled with me for a short time. Technically, he was more of a work study than a sidekick. But he was closer than a sidekick. He was... he felt like..." my voice cracks slightly as I shake my head. "Nevermind." I've said too much.

I turn around again, ignoring her voice. Walking into the crowd, she soon loses sight of me. Walking several miles, I take of my disguise, running a hand through my messy hair. Walking into my base, I take a moment to look deep inside one of the rooms. My eyes linger on a tall glass case, holding a suit. Similar to my own but with a dark blue colour scheme.

Casting my eyes lower down, they linger on the stomach of the suit. A hole was slashed across the torso section. My fists clench as I ignore my need to walk in.
