I looked down at the address and back up to the rundown abandoned house that reeked of a sewer smell. "This must be the place." I said, reassuring myself. Getting over cracking the ground in to pieces or whatever I did back there, was hard. I don't know what got into me. My anger is getting so out of control that I think I might need to see a therapist. The only thing that I am getting very nervous about is my strength ability. When I was in front of everybody and slammed on the concrete, I am not talking one block down the long winding road, I am talking about four blocks down Worksford road all damage from that one fist that slammed on the pavement. Now, it is so uneven that one side of the road is bumpy while the other is on the sidewalk. I suddenly got the shivers, maybe I am a superhero. Born to have powers and fight an evil doctor. Or maybe I am suppose to save the world. Yeah right, I thought. I slowly place the bike on the ground and start to walk towards the rusty house. When I got to the entrance I had second thoughts. I put the thoughts behind me and walked into the house. I needed answers. I gazed around the dark gloomy house. "H-hello?" I stammered. "Ah, I have been expecting you." Waterlily replied slowly walking out of a dark corner. "What is your name?" She said. "Avani" I whispered. "I am so glad you could make it!" Waterlily continued. "Welcome to The Element Manor, isn't great?!" I stared at her. She obviously doesn't know that this place is a dump, she thinks this is a palace. "Uh... Sure?" I said.
"Why do you question this castle, earth figure?" Again, those dreaded two words leave me to believe that I am some sort of hero, but yet I am a Geunia pig waiting to be tested on.
"What do you mean by Earth figure?" I said harshly. I wanted answers. "Walk with me." She said in a "learning" tone. I did as I was told and started to walk by her side. "This house was a historical part of our family." Lily said.
"Woah, we're sisters?" I replied.
"Not exactly, more like, cousins." She whispered.
"Oh, ok" I really wanted a long lost sister.
"Many years ago, in about the mid 1800's there was a handsome man who happened to be the most eligible bachelor in town he also had a lot of money and lived in this very house."
"What was his name?" I interupted.
"Edward Phillips. Now as I was saying, he was handsome. All the girls in town wanted him but one. She was wanted because everyone thought she was a witch." Lily pointed to a painting and continued. "That was Edward."
Even I was falling in love with Edward even though that was just a painting of him. Lily went on.
"Edward wanted her to love him just like all the other girls, so he put on a ball. For sure, she would come, who wouldn't? The Ball came and went and she never showed up. He was angered, very angered. So he sent his men out to bring her so he could kill her. Since Edward had a lot of money he had the authority to do so. Anyways, the men went to the witch's house and brought the witch to Edward, the conversation went a little like this.
"Please don't kill me sir!" The witch screamed.
"What is your name?" Edward replied.
"Mary, and you must not kill me" Mary said.
"Why not?"
"If you do this world will end in a little less than 100 years."
"Well I will be dead then so I don't have to worry about it."
"I can make you survive until then if you help me."
"With what?" Edward said with curiosity.
"You must let me survive. We shall be married and become spouses. We will raise children and if every thing goes as planned our great, great, great, well many great grandchildren will save the world, and I will let you have immortality. I all saw it in a vision."
I stared at Waterlily. She continued."Don't you see? We are the decendents. My mother told me when I found out that there is five of us, Earth, Wind, Fire, Water and one that we are not familiar with is Universe, that controls everything but the wind, fire, water, or the earth. I am Water and you are Earth. We have to find the others before it is too late.
"What is causing the end of the world?" I asked.
"I don't know, but I have a feeling we will find out soon." With that a figure magically appeared 20 feet in front of us. "Who has awakened me?" The figure said. I stood in the middle of the room shaking I knew who this figure was.
