The boy strangely looked at me, "what are you talking about?" He looked innocent, but I still I didn't believe him. Without Waterlily around, we have no magic food, no money, no skills, no water, and we are all alone in these creepy woods.
"You know what we mean, Ember." I shuddered, but of excitement, we found the next figure, fire. I continued,
"Have you been able to use fire? In a different sort of way other people can't?" I asked.
He looked to the ground, not so innocent anymore.
"Yes," he continued, "yes I have."
"Thought so," Daniel said looking at the dirt ground full of leaves, his eyes are so gray, the same bright gray eyes that betrayed me, and I snapped out of my day dream.
"Why did you do it anyways?" I asked Daniel.
"Do what?" He said innocently.
"You know what I mean." I gave him the meanest glare I could give.
"I really liked Lily in the beginning, but I fell in love with you and Lily forced me to love her instead." Daniel replied.
"Yeah, like that is, so true." I glared at him.
"It is! I want to be with you, forever, for the rest of my life." Daniel said to me, and took my hand. I gazed wildly in his eyes, gray, gorgeous, daring eyes. Then I remembered, the lying, the cheating, and all the best moments I had with him.
"Sorry, this packaged shipped out a long time ago," I snapped.
"Ember, come with me, we are going to find Lily, without Daniel." I said confidentaly. Ember happily got up and we walked away smoothly.
