"The long awaited results is here!"Hena called out as she entered the classroom, Sunghoon helping her pin the results onto the notice board.
As usual students went to check their grades, some sting a prayer while others took out their lucky charms in hopes for better grades.
"Still top in math and sciences, you guys are unbeatable."
Heeseung clapped his hands as they were the last few to check their grades, students either crying or jumping for joy behind them.
Chae ah didn't flip the pages but let Jake do it, since their grades and ranks were normally side by side.
"You want to flip it?"
Jake asked, as his fingers stopped just before the literature section.
"Go ahead."
Sensing the nervousness she had, Jake hummed a reply a started flipping from the front, which made her even more anxious.
34. 심 재윤 Sim Jake | 58
35. 문 채아 Moon Chae Ah | 51
They passed.
Still last place but they passed.
"I passed!"
Chae ah squealed, a wave of relief gushed over her as she let out a long sigh.
"Eh not bad, you even managed to score a 58!"
Heeseung cheered along.
Jake watched the girl act like a child, excited and all while Heeseung congratulated the both of them for finally passing.

"Every parent needs to come?"
"Yep, it says on the form that it's compulsory."
Heeseung pointed out, submitting his form to Hera.
"You didn't get yours signed?"
"I live alone remember. My family's back in Incheon."
Chae ah looked at the blank form.
"Jake did you get yours signed? Weren't you living with your brother?"
She asked, not wanting to be the only one with an empty form.
"My dad's been living with us in Korea since the start of the year. Currently, only my mom is in Australia."
He handed up his form.
"Oh..."
Chae ah's form was blank, with a small post it note at the corner, writing to Mr Yoon to explain that her family was not with her.

The following three days, parents and guardians of the students were seen coming to attend the 1 to 1 parent-teacher meet at staggered timings, cars filled the parking lot which was once empty.
Students would peer down from the widows, curious about the parents as they hope not to meet theirs.
On the third day, Chae ah was summoned to the teachers office, not by Mr Yoon but Ms Sang, also known as the disciplinary teacher.
It has been long past the incident with Dahee, and she even transferred schools to prevent bad rumors of her spreading so the matter was quickly resolved and forgotten.
