"After doing the jump, we reached Tatooine in a few minutes. The planet's authorities asked us for identification to enter orbit, but when Kilo inserted the code, they let us through without any problem.

We landed in Mos Eisley, the main city on the planet and controlled by criminal gangs and the crime syndicate. According to Kilo, after the death of Jabba the Hutt, the planet had been consumed by constant disputes between the different gangs and the syndicate. I had to leave my armor on the ship. The last thing I wanted was for them to find out I was a soldier.

With a tunic of the desert I covered my body and my face. On the other hand, Kilo seemed to know the place very well. As if he had already been there before. I remember that we walked through the streets and on more than one occasion I asked him where we were going, but he didn't give me an answer.

Finally Kilo led me to a strange place. It looked like a tavern at a glance, but inside it a tense atmosphere could be felt. We calmly sit down at one of the tables and wait for a while. I also remember three vocalists from a species I didn't know singing a song that drove me crazy.

----o----

Note: - If you are not a lover of electronic music, you may not like the song very much.

----o----

Rage: - Kilo. May I know what we are doing here? If they discover us we are dead. -

Kilo: - Wrong. We are in the right place. -

Kilo refused to give me any more information. So I just decided to follow his play while enjoying my drink. Finally, a board activated and the bandits and bounty hunters rushed towards it. But Kilo told me to wait. For a few minutes, the barbarians pushed each other trying to get something. And when things finally calmed down, Kilo and I went to keep an eye out.

The board showed some jobs as bounty hunters. It seemed that most of the missions had been taken, and only the most difficult or least paid ones remained. Those that nobody wanted to choose.

Kilo: - Now it's our turn. Let's see what they have for us. -

Rage: - How about this? They offer a huge amount of credits. -

Kilo: - I don't want to offend you. But you are too new to this to choose such a mission. Unless you want it to be the last. I suggest something else conducive to your level. -

I looked at the bottom of the board at the quests that seemed to be there for a long time and that no one had accepted, but I was surprised who they were looking for. Most of the requests were missing children. I took one of the orders and calmly looked at it.

Rage: - Kilo. Why are bounty hunters looking for children? -

Kilo: - They are not bounty hunters. The mothers of those children set up the missions themselves. The "authorities", so to speak, are not interested, so they must turn to bounty hunters. But it is highly unlikely that anyone would accept a mission for so little money. -

Rage: - These missions are barely worth a hundred credits. No wonder no one takes them. -

Kilo: - It's possible. But a hundred credits is much more than mothers can afford. They will surely sell their homes to be able to pay the bounty hunter. -

Rage: - That's terrible. -

Kilo: - We are on Tatooine. This is quite normal here. -

I got a knot in my chest. On the board were more than a dozen lost children's posts. I knew that I had deserted as a soldier, but something inside me told me otherwise. I had to do something about it.

I took the twelve locator beacons and took them with me. Kilo didn't quite agree, but this was something his programming couldn't process. We returned to the ship to try to determine the location of the beacon signal with the ship's radar. But before we could get there, we were surrounded by bandits in one of the empty alleys of the city. About five of them.

Bandit 1: - Well, well, well. What do we have here? -

Bandit 2: -Looks like they're lost. -

Bandit 1: - It seems that you have taken some very interesting jobs there in the bar. Let me see them -

Rage: - And why are you interested in them? -

Bandit 1: - Oh. Don't look at me with that face. I am also a big fan of children. - The rest of the bandits laughed at his comment.

Kilo: - Oh, oh. -

Rage: - Yes, Kisu. Oh, oh. -

Bandit 1: - Kill them. -

The bandits attacked us all at once. Most of them carried razors and knives, except for the one who seemed to be the boss, who carried an electric baton. Seeing me without weapons, they thought I would be an easy target, but I had a surprise for them.

I took out my lightsaber and cut all of them in half before they could get close. Nothing they carried could stop the power of the saber. The one who looked like the boss was the last one standing... well, not standing. He had fallen backwards at the sight of the lightsaber.

Bandit 1: - You are... you are a Jedi. But Jedi don't kill. - He said with a terrified voice as I approached him slowly.

Rage: - What do you know about the lost children? -

Bandit 1: - I will never tell you. - I hit the saber to his face and almost burned him. - They're here! - He screamed terrified.

Rage: - Be more specific. -

Bandit 1: - They are here. On Tatooine. In an abandoned mine south of Mos Eisley. They want them as contraband. -

Rage: - Who? -

Bandit 1: - Pirates. That is all that I know. I swear. -

Rage: - I believe you. -

After saying this, I did not hesitate for a second to cut off his head. Kilo had hidden in a corner and finally came out when he saw that there was no longer any danger.

Kilo: - You are not a very... orthodox Jedi. -

Rage: - I know where the children are. Let's go. -"
