WE GOT THE NEWS THAT JOHNNY would be returning as our sensei today. A sense of relief washed over my body.

I've had enough of kreese and his bullshit. I've known Johnny long enough to know if he knew what was happening in the dojo he wouldn't except it.

Today he was going to find out.

Johnny was going to see how much kreese had brainwashed everyone around us, it was only a matter of time before we find out what he's going to do about it.

Johnny entered the dojo as everyone waited for instructions. Miguel walked up to him exchanging a few words.

"How's he holding up?." I asked Brooke. She shrugged looking back over to Johnny then me.

"I know it's hurting him. But at the same time he's Johnny. He's never going to admit that."

I nod in understanding. Everyone had kind of heard what had happened to tommy. How the old Kobra Kai gang met back up only to lose a member super tragically.

I felt sympathy towards Johnny, I can't imagine how he's feeling right now. And even if he doesn't want to admit it or not you can tell the situation had got him thinking.

I watch as Miguel walks back over to us as Johnny enters the office.

"He okay?." Miguel nods at Brookes words.

His hair slowly forming curls at its edges as he nods."Same old sensei Lawrence."

I look down at the phone in my hands, no new messages had appeared. Mom said she would text me to see how things were going with Kai. He has a soccer game today.

"Everybody get your gis on. Training starts in five minutes." I look around at everyone in the room.

Sensei Kreese had told us we would be doing a different type of training today. Maybe not a good kind, but definitely something that didn't require our Gis.

"Gis?" Miguel asked from beside me.

"What's wrong?." He looks around noticing everyone's confusion.

"Nothing is wrong. I just thought we were going to the woods for a special training today." Miguel continues, him and Tory share a confused look as Johnny speaks up.

"What's happening in the woods?" Johnny asked kreese, a sense of confusion and curiosity filled up the air around us.

"I thought it was a good time to separate the men from the boys. And the girls, too, I suppose." Kreeses words send A chill down my spine, and not in a good way.

"How?"

"Coyote Creek."

Johnny lets out a sigh as the class inches forward in curiosity and excitement. It's not every once in a while we're assigned training outside of the dojo.

"I'm not sure they're ready for that." Johnny disapproves, this only fuels to the curiosity already brewing around us.

"There's only one way to find out."

"We're ready, Sensei."Eli spoke from behind me.

"We want to prove ourselves." Brooke finished.

"It's up to Sensei Lawrence. If he says it's okay, then, and only then, is it okay." Kreese looks at Johnny with challenging eyes, it takes one to know when you don't want to let someone down.
