chapter 20

Ayush ,shalu, bani, rishmi went to singhania villa and the oberois followed them too.

Rishi: dad mom dadi aap sab yaha  ?

Virendra: Manish ji ne message kiya hume aane ke liye kaha..

Lakshmi: please andar chalte hai mujhe bohot darr lag raha hai ye itni saari cars kiski parked hai.. Kya hua hai andar lights kyu off hai..

Lakshmi rushed in: mummy ji ,uncle, shinu bhaiya(their house help) .. Kaha hai sab.

singhanias: surprise🎉🎉🎉.

Spotlight fell on Lakshmi. And deepti sang : mere ghar aayi ek nanhi pari, chandni ke haseen  rath pe sawaaar..

( okay I know she's not a nanhi pari but I don't have any other song in my mind sorry. But it's a good song thou)

Lakshmi could not believe this... This was the same song which her parents sang for her.
Deepti hugged her and the senior oberois fumed with jealousy.

Lakshmi broke in Deepti's arm. She was crying like a baby and wiping her tears was not enough to stop her. There were few guests and off course Vidhi and her husband vikrant.

Vidhi took the iPad and faced it towards Lakshmi: vihuu ye toh rona hi band nahi kar rahi yaar..

Lakshmi saw Vihaan smiling on the other side of the camera: Vihaan tumhe mera birthday kaise pata tha..

Vihaan: aapke matrimonial profile pe tha ma'am . Tabhi se yaad kar liya tha.. Happy birthday queen. I wish me waha hota but yaha flights hi band hai for some protest but sending u virtual love and aapki saari wishes puri ho yahi wish hai meri..

Vikrant: tabhi vihaan ke phone ka password aaj ki date aur yahi month hai.. Hmm saalee sahab not bad..

Vidhi: vikky stop pulling his leg virtually..

Deepti: Hume toh vihaan ne ek hafte se pagal karke rakha tha roz updates leta tha ki party ki planning kaisi chal rahi hai...isko laga hum itna important day bhool jayenge .

Lakshmi : but aapne toh phone me meri jaan hi nikal di...

Deepti: kaisi lagi meri acting.

Lakshmi hugged her: kamaal ki but aage se aise nahi kariyega.

Vidhi: ajao Lakshmi let's cut your birthday cake..

Lakshmi happily cutted her second birthday cake and she fed that to singhanias first while the oberois waited in a corner..

Vidhi: let the party began....
Everyone danced and enjoyed the party. They had light starters and lotss of desserts all which were Lakshmi's favorite..

The party ended as it was almost 2 am in the night..

Lakshmi: mummy ji vidhi di uncle vikrant ji thank you soo much ye meri life ki best birthday party thi..

Deepti: beta ye party toh ho gai Kal ki party isse bhi acchi hai..

Lakshmi: actually mummy ji woh...

Lakshmi got chachi's call and she didn't want her to know that shalu and bani are still with her and not at home.. So she went out to talk to Rano chachi.

Neelam jumped in: kal Lakshmi ki birthday party humare ghar pe hai oberoi mansion me...akhir humara ispe aapse zyada haq jo hai.. And she pretended to joke..

Deepti shared a tensed look with manish: aapki party ke baad humari party hojayegi chalega..

Vir: nahi behenji aise toh fir hume guests ko jaldi bhejna padega aur ye  accha lagta hai kya?

Manish: par hum bhi toh guests ko mana karenge kya?

Deepti: Lakshmi humari beti hai hume party rakhne dijiye aap next time rakhiyega.

Neelam: toh kyaa woh aapko mummy ji kehti hai toh sirf aapko haq hai...

Vidhi: mene toh apne aur Lakshmi ke liye matching dress bhi leli thi party pe twin karne ke liye.

Ahana: doesn't matter bhabhi ko mene dress already dedi hai for tomorrow...

Rishi came in between them .

Rishi: aap dono party cancel kar dijiye..

Everyone: kyu?!

Rishi: kal hum sab sirf dono families ek without any glitter and glamour ke party kar lete hain.. Please?. Lakshmi bohot khush hogi.. Use dono parties me separately jane se zyada isme khushi hogi..

Neelam was about to disagree but then.

Deepti: okay Lakshmi ki khushi se zyada kuch important nahi..

Virendra: haan jaisi simple party chahti hai meri beti waisi party hi milegi usi..

Neelam: exactly waise hi mini party aapse pehle humne Lakshmi ko di thi aur ab kal oberoi mansion me Lakshmi ke pasand ki party hogi as she likes..

Lakshmi came back: aaplog aise shant kyu hogaye achanak se..

Rishi: compromise hogya Lakshmi dono families ki party hogi but.. Humari party jaldi khatam hogi so u can enjoy both the parties..

Lakshmi : oh okay.. Soo.. Ab mera actual gift..

Everyone looked confused: ab kyaa?

Lakshmi: Is everybody friends now. ..? Please!

Oberois and singhanias: yaa.... But only for you. ..

Lakshmi smiled seeing this love for her.

And they moved towards the main door.

Deepti: aaj toh mann hi nahi Tujhe jaane dene ka.. Ruk jaati toh bohot accha lagta.

Lakshmi: mummy ji I wish I could but legal terms ki wajah se nahi ruk sakti.

Deepti : koi gal nahi.. Jaa araam kar.

Now shayush and bani went to chachi's house. (Car 1)

Rishmi back to the oberoi mansion (car 2)

And the senior oberois too. (Car 3)

Car 3.

Neelam: aapko nahi lagta ye singhanias kuch zyada hi hai. ..

Virendra: kya kar sakte hai Lakshmi hai hi aisi kisi ko bhi use attachment hone me der nahi lagti..

Dadi: haan bas patthar dil ke logon ko chord kar..

Neelam knew she pointed her: but Lakshmi bhi toh ab deepti ko mummy ji kehne ki kya zarurat hai... Aur aaj toh usne kaha ki kaash woh unke ghar ruk sakti .. Like seriously humare ghar me kya dikkat hai use..

Vir: maa kuch jal raha hai kya.. I can smell something..

Dadi: jalan ki smell hai..... Matlab jalne ki smell oh hoga kuch toh gaadi chala  ghar chalte hain..

Neelam: aap logo ko abhi mazak lag raha hai ek din Lakshmi unke ghar jake rahegi tab aapko hi taklif hogi .. Jo sara din Lakshmi Lakshmi karte rehte hai nahi dikhegi ghar me tab pata chalega.

Vir: filhal taklif tumhe ho rahi hai maan lo  neelam.. Ki ab tumhe Lakshmi ki value samjh agai hai.

Neelam : isse accha toh hum rishi ke saath ghar chale jaate kamse kam pakate toh nahi waha log hume faaltu ki baaton se.

Dadi: kyu... Ohhh haaan us gaadi me toh Lakshmi bhi hoti haina neelam...

Neelam: hum chup hojate hai galti humari hai jo humne baat ki...
