Ariel sprains her leg

 Ariel goes into her dreamland after all the window seat and breeze made her a sleeping beauty and she was wearing noise cancel speakers so she dozed and saw a dream -As they were singing songs it was Ariel's turn, but she said" I am sorry guys I can't even speak properly as I have a sore throat", the teacher says "alright no issues now if anyone can volunteer to sing can but everyone started to cheer her" and she said" sing please do so, after all, we are just 5 minutes away from the museum" and Ariel gives a SHOCK and SURPRISE to all as she says guys" I am sorry I can't sing and she says I can rap but I am an absolute beginner in it so please mind me", she raps My hearts a stereo and everybody clapped for her, and Oliver said, "girl how many talents do you have?" Kevin responds "Well it will be difficult to count must say, Ariel, would you tell us how many talents you got?" Ariel responds" It's not talent it's utter hard work." The guys and girls kind of had a mini quarrel with her one said "Oliver also does hard work but doesn't sound as good as you so you do have a talent you may agree or disagree but that is the fact."

Now it was her turn Mini woke her up from her slumber, she woke up and asked "Did we reach?" and removed her headphones and asked, she said "No dumbo now please sing and no excuses", she wanted to rap but didn't dare to do so and as she began to sing everyone laughed as she had a sore throat and sounded horrible however the teacher managed to stop the others and said, "alright at least she tried."

The teacher announces and says "Alright students please don't touch anything when you reach there if anything happens we will have to pay for it, remember these are valuables, not junk as one guy said."

As they were moving out of the bus, Fanny was waiting for a moment to put Ariel under her trap and as she saw that Ariel she was leaving and she stepped on her shoelace on purpose which made her leg twist and fall and she began to scream, the students saw her and some came towards her as well, Prof Florida, asked her, did anyone try to throw her and Ariel like a dumb head or should I say modern-day Jesus who forgave that Judas, but little did Fanny know that it would backfire, David came out of nowhere and said ma'am I got spray and bandage with me and he helped her till they reached the museum and then Jeff came running with a chair, he was a very kind-hearted guy, always standby to help anyone though he was from an affiliated family, his looks were deceptive as he was tall and tough, plus was an athlete, part of the choir and a studious guy one of the top 5 students.

"Ariel please sit on the chair dear" Jeff requested the teacher removed Ariel's socks and shoes and sprayed the spray, asking her to move her leg up and down, Jeff said "Ma'am let David check her leg he can kind of tell if it's a sprain or fracture after all his grandma is a doctor, so he knows to detect, David goes and checks her foot and says don't worry it's just a sprain but you will have to take rest and yeah I am no expert so you should go to the doctor, for now just sit at this spot, then the teacher says "you shall go and see the artefacts as you are ought to write a report about it I will look after her, with a heavy heart David left along with Jeff. When the two head to see the artefacts the teacher says, "This time it's ok if you copy the report", looking at all that had happened Fanny was furious but couldn't show it. Ariel had seen her from a distance but ignored her, as she didn't want to create a scene.

After 2 hours passed as if they were just 2 hrs for most of them but for some, it was just 2 minutes, there was a strange kind of a statue in there, Ariel's seat was placed quite close to it, they say that it was a rare one and was called the romance God, the details of it were written in one of the Indian languages however, there was a small board which only had the name and timeline in English. Mini came and sat as she was getting bored she saw the statue and said wait what and her mouth was wide open God of love wow man I will write about it in my report, Ariel says hold on see these are the only lines in English rest is written in, Mini interrupts and says "Sanskrit", Ariel well tell me also what is written, Mini says," it's written that if anyone prays for a true love they will get a true love that is right for them, if the person you think is not right and if something better is there than the person on your mind will disappear from your life." Mini joins her hands and says "thank God now no one will be able to copy what I will be writing well you can write as you are not from my class and our teachers are also different", Ariel says "are you sure?" she said yes look at your state I will help you my junior."Ariel asks her "Will it work in the present day also?" Mini says "If it was the God of your religion it would have worked so technically this will also work, what is there to try? She raises her eyebrows and questions "Hey are you going to try it?" Ariel says "Yeah why not if the right person can come by just praying to this God come on I got nothing to lose", she joins her hands and says "I will try it right away" and she says "May I find true love" and at that moment Mini said "only SANSKRIT or it will not work, hey you got to say this repeat after me and she says something in Sanskrit and all of a sudden the statue of the God of love turns green and as they had closed their eyes they didn't see it but Jeff sees that and kind of gets paranoid but the fact was they had stepped on the tiny switch button and under the carpet which would light up the statue. The janitor sees that and says "Don't worry they just stepped on the switch there is no magic in that statue or else I would be married by now" Jeff went down as he was feeling nauseous after the journey and goes to the washroom he never had that issue but he remembered that he had some or should I say a lot of junk food.

Then it was time to board the bus but it was delayed for some time as Jeff and Fanny were missing then David was asked to search for them, he went and he saw that they were having an argument he listened to what they had to say as if he was a spy, but he could hear only these words said by Fanny, "I shall keep your secret and you shall keep mine or you also know that you will be grounded, think that you never saw what you had seen bro and now chill after all she is not even your girlfriend", Jeff also agreed to her conditions but he said, " alright I agree she is not my girlfriend but that doesn't justify your innocence and for the record, she is a good friend of mine and certainly like my sister, only because you know about his secret I am quiet or I would have exposed you."

David's phone rings hence he shows as if he had entered just now, and he started calling out their names, and says "Ma'am I can't see them anywhere, let me check the washrooms, alright ma'am and he declines the call." He pretended as if he had not seen them, and headed towards the washroom. Fanny takes the opportunity and goes to the washroom as fast as possible as it was on the other side, and when both the guys go to check they call the lady janitor to check if she was in the washroom. This girl went to the extent that she slept on the floor acting as if she had fainted, the janitor saw her lying on the floor as she entered, she turned the tap and took the water and splashed it on her face. David called the teacher and told her that she had fainted in the washroom, the teacher came and took the 3 students towards the bus. When they reached the campus Prof Gill asks Ariel to move slowly, and then she took her to the doctor she said" It was just a sprain it would recover only if she takes rest, so no running, dancing or anything that could worsen the tissue, even if it's necessary" the doctor said so because he knew about her. Prof Florida says, "You can go home your mother has reached" She, inquired "But ma'am what about the report?" well dear you can give it once you are alright she interrupts and says" Ma'am I have written it already she digs her bag and gives the report to her." The teacher says impressive well done.  Ariel's mother comes to fetch her with her bike, and like a typical mother said you're a grown-up now, you need to take care of yourself, at 6 PM when Ariel and her brother were doing homework, the bell rung, Earl went running towards the door and peeped from the window, it was his (aunt) dad's sister, they had come with flowers and some kind of ayurvedic drink so that the recovery be a speedy one, some kind of ointment was bought and chocolates for Earl.

At around 7 PM Ariel checked her phone, and there was a message on the choir group, now what was the message and why was she unhappy after receiving the message, stay tuned for the next chapter, thanks for reading this chapter.
