The two get into an argument one night but Kyle hates falling asleep mad at his husband. And Stan can't stand seeing his husband sad.

Kyle stormed out of the room, fisted clenched He went to their room, nearly slamming the door before sitting on the edge of the bed. He leaned forwards with his face in his hands, forcing the tears away.

His nose burned and his throat closed painfully, and he struggled to take a full breath. 

Meanwhile, Stan was on the couch, angry as he watched the news. He leaned back on the couch, arms crossed. 

The two didn't often fight, they tended to agree on everything. They knew every little thing about each other and rarely got into even small dumb arguments. But this time was different. Both were wrong and had crossed the line.

When nighttime rolled around Stan entered the bedroom to see his husband in bed, facing away from the door. Stan let out a small sigh and changed into his pajama bottoms, leaving his shirt off like usual.

He slid into bed and faced away from Kyle. The two laid in silence, Stan not sure if Kyle was even awake. 

"I love you.." The redhead mumbled after awhile. Stan felt his heart nearly shatter at the others voice. He'd been crying. Stan quickly turned over to take the other into his arms, Kyles hand raising to hold Stans.
"I'm sorry honey, I love you too," Stan said quietly as he kissed the others shoulder. "I hate making you sad,"
"I'm sorry, too," Kyle turned to face his husband and gently kissed him. 

The two laid, looking into each others eyes for a long while. Stan studied the other. Kyles face was a bit red, his nose and eyes puffy. Clear tear stains ran down his face and his nose looked raw. He'd been rubbing his face with his sleeve.

"You're so perfect," Stan muttered as he kissed Kyles face. Kyle smiled and moved closer to hug him, Stan's head resting on the head of messy red hair. 

"I love you so much," Stan whispered.
"I love you more,"
