So, I don't have any good place to put your backstory into the story itself, so here is a chapter witch takes place before 'See Through'! :D actually it's not very :D, more like :=(. Yeah, that's more like it. This part may sound a bit excluding, as I refer as the reader being born of the male sex, while it doesn't really play a big role here. (y/n) is male, but I will not state weather or not (y/n) was born or not of male sex. Trans men are men, as they say. I hope that clears it up well enough. :)

Shouting echoed in the house as a man and her wife argued.

"Camilla, lets just talk-"

"Talk! Talk! Talk! We can talk all you want but it wont change anything!"

"Haven't you wanted this for a long time? A child of our own?" The husband questioned with a worried frown.

"Of course! But the risks are too big!" The woman named Camilla raised her voice at her husband.

"If this was you having second guesses or being scared, I'd request the abortion as soon as possible... But this isn't it, is it?"

"...What about your disease? It could carry onto the child, and possibly take away all chances of it ever having a peaceful life! And our elemental powers, with the both of us being elemental masters, the child would without a doubt carry one of them on!" Camilla cried to her husband who quiet down.

"Your just worried about the children... But isn't it more important to even let the child have a chance in life?" The husband hugged his wife tightly before continuing.

"I won't stop you, it's your choice. But once the disease hits it's peak, my only wish would be to see a child, born from our blood, and our blood alone."

"..." Camilla stayed quiet before letting out a sorrowful sob.

"Besides, Bella has been eagerly waiting for a little sibling these past four months, what would she say if our promise to her was broken so out of the blue?"

"She would cry, cry, and cry... This is the most important thing to me, so I was scared... I'm starting to think I was scared of nothing... I'll rethink it once more."

. . .

Small crying of a child and the sobbing of a mother echoed in the hospital as the nurse brought the new born into her mothers hands. The father smiled at his child with a bright smile, before leaning to kiss his wife's forehead as he wiped her tears away.

. . .

Crying echoed in the house as the two children were standing further away, the older one holding to the small five year old. Their mother held the cold hand of her husband, who laid on the bed in his pyjamas. The ambulance sirens and red and blue lights came in through the window as a few men came in and quickly helped the husband off to the hospital.

The mother rushed into the ambulance while the two children were guided away by their caretaker, who ushered them back to bed without another word. The small boy blinked and looked around rapidly when he heard the sounds of crying coming from the other child. The boy didn't know what was going on, but sensing the atmosphere, tears welled up in his eyes before the caretaker took them to their room, tears falling from each of the three.

. . .

From behind his room door, a boy of ten years listened in on the conversation of his mother and big sister.

"Mom, why can't he go to school? He should already be in fifth grade, but you just force him to be home schooled like this."  The older sister complained to her mother.
