HISTORY: She was the result of a void marriage. She wasn't necessarily even supposed to be born dude to the fact her father did not love her mother. Their marriage was annulled but that did not mean the Targaryen and the Martell sister didn't act upon desires. Elaena was born shortly after Rhaegars death, and her mother sent her away, knowing now that Rhaegar and Lyanna had been murdered, she feared that something would happen to her daughter. Her mother died not too long after that. She spent her entire life in Lys, where she had no one other than the Maester her mother sent her with. As she got older, her darker hair began to fade and it was now pale white with some hidden aspects of black. After 15 years, her uncle Oberyn had found her, and took her home where she belonged. He raised her as his own daughter, taking it as a vow to keep his sister's memory alive. And to train her to help avenge her mother's murder.

DRAGON:

Vermithor- One of the last dragons. She had bought a dragon Egg all the way in Lys, knowing it belonged to her family. Just like Daenerys, she was born a dragon. She is a dragon. There was a house fire in the village she lived in, and it caused the entire city to burn to ash. But she didn't. She protected a baby and her dragon egg, and eventually, thus was a baby dragon in her arms, along with a pile of ash.

HISTORY WITH CRUSH: Elaena had ran away from Oberyn, not liking the life of revenge anymore. She wanted simplicity, so, she took the nearest ship she could to Kings landing. She wanted to see the world, she wanted to see how it was. She met Jaime Lannister, the cunning, beardless man who, back when she met him was a cocky asshole who only cared about protecting King Robert. When he met Elaena, he knew there was something off about her. Off about the color of her then darkened hair due to dye. Neither one of them knew who one another was until she saw the sigil and the golden armor plating his chest. It took everything for her to not slit his throat then and there. He destroyed her family, his father destroyed her family, King Robert had destroyed her family.
