Luffy

Luffy quickly hopped into Ace's truck before driving away. "Do you think he's still tied up?" Luffy asked smiling.

"No," Ace said plainly. He had a dead face looking over to Luffy, "He's probably out by now. I don't think he heard you say your location so your boy toy should be fine." There was a bit of tease in his voice as he smiled.

Luffy's face became a little hot, "He's not my boy toy he's Tora-o, my friend. Nothing more."

"Come on. You have to feel something towards him. I know you've just met but you've never acted like that." Ace laughed.

"Acted like what. And no I don't!" Luffy shot back.

Ace gave his brother a knowing look, "You let him lead you to his home, patch you up, heck you even wanted to protect him from Sabo's wrath! I know you are a little too trusting and always go with your gut but if he was the slightest bit off to you or didn't peak you're fancy losing blood or not, you wouldn't go down without a fight. If this was one of your normal friends you would have sat back and laughed unless it got out of hand!" Ace argued back not losing his smile.

There was silence between the two for a short and Luffy not looking at his brother while telling Ace he was right.

"So tell me." This caught Luffy's attention, "Is he good-looking? Does he have any tats or piercings?"

Luffy was quiet for a moment thinking about Tora-o. "Well, he's super tall. Like really tall. He has a darker skin tone than me like a dark olive color! He has black messy hair and piercings on his ears. Oh! And he does have tattoos! On his arms and hands. He has these weird symbols and on his fingers, he has the word DEATH. I asked him if he had more but when I asked to see them he didn't let me." Luffy pouted.

"Do you know if he has a job? He sounds kinda like a badass. What's his personality like?" Ace questions. A tone of worry creeps into his voice. He may not be as possessive as Sabo when it comes to dating but he still draws some lines.

"He's really scary and gloomy! He doesn't talk much and would rather sleep through class. But he was calm and focused, even when he found me bleeding. Though he is really mean." Luffy huffed. "I believe he works at the hospital near school though I'm not sure." Luffy tried to think but it only wore him out more.

Ace

Ace felt an uneasy feeling form in the bottom of his chest. 'The guy seemed to be kind of a red flag. He almost sounded like a punk who just happened to take pity on my poor baby brother.' Ace thought. Then it struck him, 'What if he was trying to butter Luffy up so he could kidnap him to do all sorts of things to my baby brother!? What if he tried to sell him or rape him!? Even kill him!'

"Ace?" Luffy looked at Ace with a concerned voice.

Ace hadn't realized Luffy was trying to get his attention or that he was at the apartment. "Sorry what?" Ace put on a fake smile.

Luffy gave him a look but before he could ask anything Ace changed to topic real quick. "Come on let's go in."

Ace and Luffy hopped out of the truck and up the stairs to the second story facing the door. Ace slowly opened the front door, "Sabo? We're back and Luffy is not dead." He called. It was pitch black inside. Carefully Ace and Luffy walked in closing the door behind them before turning on the lights.

The kitchen table chair was knocked over with cut ropes laying around it. Luffy gave Ace a knowing look both too scared to go further into the house. All of a sudden Ace saw out of the corner of his eye the closet open and the next thing he knew he was on the ground in a headlock with his arms pressed to his back in a chicken wing.

Ace yelped in pain, "Uncle, uncle!"

But Sabo just sat there putting more pressure, "Sorry what was that?"

"You were going to wrongfully kill Luffy's friend! I had to tie you up!" Ace groaned.

"That has nothing to do with this!" Sabo yelled.

"What?!"

"You didn't even meet the guy and already thought he was good enough for our baby brother!"

"But he's not my boyfriend! He's just a friend from school!" There was a bit of hesitance in Luffys voice.

Sabo sat on top of Ace for a moment before letting go. He helped Ace up smiling, "Well why didn't you say sooner!"

Ace and Luffy looked at Sabo dumbfounded. There was a buzz in Ace's pocket. He pulled out his phone seeing a message from Marco.

"Hey, I have to go. I'll be back later." As he turned to the door he saw Luffy try to sneak past Sabo but Sabo tackled him.

"Ace! Help!" He tried rolling over out of Sabo's grasp but fail.

"Sorry little bro, booty calls!" Quickly he shut the door taking off to his truck not wanting Sabo to attack him again.

Quickly Ace drove to the hospital before parking in the front. A man started to walk over to the truck before getting in.

"Hey, Badie." Marco kisses Ace making his earshot. Marco wore a lab coat with a pen and paper sticking out the breast pocket with a purple shirt underneath and jeans.

"What's wrong?" Marco instantly noticed something off being as perceptive as he is.

Ace looked at the stirring wheel for a moment before looking at Marco, "My little brother met someone today."

"Oh?" Marco gave Ace his full attention making a light blush spread over his face.

"Apparently Luffy got hurt and the guy took him to his house to treat him. When Luffy called to pick him up he said the guy wouldn't let him leave alone. We thought he was his boyfriend so as a result, I had to tie up Sabo to keep him from killing him." Ace laughed.

"Are they together?"

"No. Luffy said he was just a friend but the way he talked about him and just the fact that he let him lead Luffy to his home and patch him up doesn't say too much but he wanted to keep Sabo from killing him. And if you know Luffy he would rather set back and watch. If this Tora-o guy was the slightest bit off you know as well as I do he wouldn't go down without a fight."

Marco nodded understanding the situation, "So what's the guy like? Does he fit your standards?"

"I'm not sure. I guess Luffy told him to hide if Sabo was with me so I didn't see him but Luffy described him as tall, with dark skin, and black messy hair. Luffy said he was really scary, gloomy, and mean. Doesn't talk much and I think something about sleeping through class." Ace sat thinking for a moment knowing he forgot something, "And oh! He also said that he had tattoos on his arms and the word DEATH on his fingers. Luffy believes there's more but isn't sure.

Marco made a face at this detail not going unnoticed by Ace.

"Do you know him?" Ace looked at Marco as he thought for a moment.

"I might have a clue who you're talking about but I'm not sure yet. He doesn't go by the name Tora-o though. Do you know where he works possibly?"

"Umm. I think Luffy said this hospital if I'm correct. Why?"

Marco just laughed making Ace even more confused than he already was.

"I think your brother just met my college and friend, The Seugen of Death." Marco chuckled.

"Surgeon of Death? You mean the famous one for being able to pull off what people call a miracle doctor?" Ace had heard the name of the guy but didn't see or know anything about him but if he was friends with Marco I guess he's alright.

"Trust me he's everything your brother described him as but he's nice once you get to know him. He doesn't like new people or real people for that matter but trust me, he's a really good guy rest asured." Marco gave Ace a big smile and a kiss on his cheek.

Ace felt all the weight lift off his shoulders. "Then can you do me a favor?"

Marco looked at Ace confused.
