Lillie woke up when she heard loud noises. She got to her feet quickly, then yawned sleepily. Suddenly she noticed that Foxy was standing on the speech boulder, all the servants were looking at him from below. Lillie got up quickly, she decided to approach the crowd, she wanted to know what was going on. She found Jack in the crowd, Lillie tried to get through to him. When she succeeded, she smiled at Jack.
"Good morning, what's going on this time?" Lillie asked softly. Jack approached her so that no one could hear him, Lillie raised one eyebrow.
"Foxy wants us to go south." Jack whispered uncertainly.
"South?" Lillie repeated. Jack nodded, looking concerned. Lillie couldn't see Foxy through Foxy's high servants, she felt helpless.
"Should we start our plan?" Lillie asked. "I guess it's a good deal."
Jack looked at Lillie, smiled a moment later, then nodded. Lillie started pushing her way to the front, heard Jack calling her name, but didn't respond. As she got to the front, she looked at Foxy who made a hostile face when he noticed her.
"I have a message for you, it's important." Lillie said quickly. Foxy was still standing on the boulder for a moment as if he was confused, but he decided to get off the boulder. Lillie swallowed, waiting patiently for Foxy to come up to her.
"What is it about?" Foxy asked.
"I had a strange dream, but I'm not sure what it means." Lillie replied. Foxy brightened as he snapped a finger, all of Foxy's servants parted, only Levis approached them. Jack stood there watching the whole thing happen.
"Go ahead." Foxy told her. Lillie smiled as she looked at Jack who looked like he was seeing a ghost. Wish me luck. Lillie thought, then looked back at Foxy and Levis.
“Well, I dreamed that our whole group was walking towards where this hat was found, I wanted to catch up with them, but before I could, they disappeared from my sight. I heard a whisper that told me to go like this. " Lillie told her calmly. Foxy and Levis exchanged questioning looks, and Lillie had a feeling the two tyrants would not believe her.
"This dream is actually strange." Levis commented quietly to Foxy. Foxy didn't take his eyes off Lillie at the time, making Lillie not sure what to say. They both looked confused, when Lillie was about to say something, Jack walked over to them.
"Woah, isn't Stratus had a similar dream?" Jack asked hesitantly. Foxy shot Jack a gloomy look, Lillie stopped looking at them.
"What?" Levis spoke up. Lillie looked at Jack, who was looking at Foxy and Levis. She could see anxiety and fear in his eyes.
"I don't know if this dream has any meaning." Foxy growled impatiently. Lillie moved closer to Jack to make her feel safe, she was afraid to say anything to Foxy. She remembered what happened to Zara then, and Lillie panicked a little. Just as Foxy was about to say something, Alfa jumped out of the bushes.
"Foxy!" Alfa called quickly. Foxy looked at Alfa who ran up to them, Lillie heard Alfa's uneasy breathing. Jack and Lillie then exchanged uneasy glances. Alfa took a knife that was in stale blood out of his pocket. Foxy looked closely at the knife, then he growled, "where did you find it?"
"In the south like yesterday Roxanne's cap." Alfa said right away. Lillie began to wonder what the knife and Roxanne's hat were doing there, had they really gone south? Lillie dreamed of finding out for herself so as not to help Foxy find her friends. Foxy shot Lillie a scowl, and Lillie straightened at that, trying to pretend to be brave. Foxy, however, didn't speak, just took the knife from Alfa's hand and walked away from Jack and Lillie. Levis joined Foxy after a while without a word, Lillie looked at Jack who was escorting Foxy and Levis with horrified eyes.
“Do you think they believed me?" Lillie asked.
Jack shrugged.
"I have no idea, but it seems suspicious that only in the south patrols find your friends' belongings." Jack answered.
"It is also strange and suspicious for me." Lillie muttered.
Jack grabbed Lillie's arm smiling slightly, Lillie smiled the same but still felt the bad atmosphere. I want to get out of here, why is this happening now? Lillie asked herself. She wondered if it was because of this what Alfa found that Foxy would agree to send his army south. She only hoped that everything would go according to plan.
"Be as least suspicious as possible." Jack whispered to her, then he walked away from Lillie. Lillie desperately watched Jack disappear into the bushes, she didn't want to be left alone in the camp, not now that she had told her a false dream. Lillie started walking towards the log she was always sitting on, unable to stop thinking about their plan. Will everything go according to plan? Lillie imagined herself how she, Jack and Alex would run as far away from their home as possible. We must be strong or we will fail. Lillie thought. As she sat down on the log, she began to look at the sky. She tried to calm down, she must have looked as least suspicious as Jack said. She wondered again with her friends now, are they still thinking about going home? Have they found a new home? Lillie sighed heavily as she heard a strange noise, and stood listening attentively. She thought she heard a scream as she moved closer to the voices, she saw Alfa with a man she did not know. Lillie decided to listen to them and hid in the long bushes.
"Do you doubt Foxy's actions?" She heard the low tone of Foxy's servant. Lillie heard Alfa sneer.
"Yes, I'm sure he doesn't know what he's doing." Alfa growled. Lillie was surprised, she suddenly remembered Alfa's earlier quarrel with Foxy. Does Alfa want to fight against Foxy?
"He is the strongest of us, I think he wants to make our life better." Foxy's servant muttered.
"I'm surprised you believe this nonsense, Foxy only cares about one thing, revenge." Alfa's angrily answered. Before Lillie could get up, she noticed Alfa was walking towards her, Lillie panicked. She tried to get out of the bushes, but she did not make it in time, she could feel Alfa's gaze on her body. Lillie stood up quickly, she shivered as she noticed Alfa behind her watching her.
"Were you listening to us?" Alfa asked sharply.
"I ... was just trying to find my cufflink." Lillie lied quickly. Alfa did not answer her, he just passed her by, ignoring her presence. Lillie doubted that Alfa didn't believe her excuse. Lillie felt stupid that Alfa had noticed her, she might be more suspect because of it. Oh, Lillie! What have you done? Lillie thought furiously. It only surprised her that Alfa is hostile to Foxy. As she was about to get back to her log, she heard Alex calling.
Lillie started walking towards her, she looked around, then sat down in front of Alex with a friendly expression.
"I heard you talking to Foxy, are we running today?" Alex asked. Lillie looked back once more, it was as if someone was listening. But when she didn't see anyone around, she nodded.
"Okay, I hope we make it." Alex said calmly. Lillie didn't answer her, she just smiled. She didn't know why she was so concerned now.
"I also hope." Lillie muttered. When she got up, she noticed that Jack had returned, Lillie immediately started walking towards him. She saw Jack holding a daisy in his hand, and Lillie laughed. I see he has nothing to do. Lillie thought.
"Lillie, I ... I want to tell you something." Jack stammered. Lillie saw Jack scratching his neck as Jack started walking towards the log, Lillie followed him. She wondered what Jack was trying to tell her, was this a new plan? New message? Jack sat down on the log, and after a few moments he signaled to Lillie to sit down too. Lillie took her seat next to him, giving him a questioning look. When she looked at Jack, he seemed nervous. Lillie smiled with amusement.
"What is it about?" Lillie asked. Jack was still silent, but he tried to keep from it. Suddenly he handed a daisy to Lillie, Lillie blushed slightly.
“I.. I couldn't find a more beautiful flower." Jack said nervously. Lillie looked at the daisy, which was clean and beautiful in appearance.
"Thank you, but you didn't have to." Lillie thanked sympathetically. Jack grabbed Lillie's hand lightly and Lillie glared at him.
"Lillie ... I ... I think I'm in love." Jack said hesitantly. Lillie wondered who Jack could fall in love with? She was sure that the person Jack loves is awesome.
"Are you serious? Who is this person? " Lillie asked. Jack looked sad, then he took his hand from Lillie's. Lillie froze, she couldn't believe what was happening now.
"You love…me?" Lillie whispered in surprise.
Jack stopped looking at Lillie, Lillie felt terrible, she felt as if she had hurt Jack's feelings.
"You are a special person, Lillie." Jack began to say, "I have noticed the loyalty and kindness in you."
Lillie was surprised, she could not say a word, she always thought that no boy would love her. Jack, however, considered her more than a friend.
"I don't want to leave you here alone, because when I am far away from you, I'm afraid you'll disappear from my life." Jack muttered softly to Lillie.
"Jack," Lillie began to say, and Jack looked at her right away. "I love you too, but ...”
Jack interrupted her by kissing her on the lips. Lillie blushed more then, and she took it back then. I love him, and neither do I want to leave him. Lillie thought.
"I don't want to think about the future without you, it's like a road to suffering." Jack said. "I'm just afraid."
"I'm scared too, Jack." Lillie whispered. Then they hugged each other, Lillie felt so much better then. She was already thinking how Jack and she would make a family and a good team in their group.
“Be careful, okay? This is the last day of this hell. " Jack replied sadly. Lillie looked serious, then she nodded. Now that they are a couple, Lillie will always support him, no matter what stands in front of them. Suddenly, Foxy appeared, a moment later Levis emerged from the bushes. Lillie felt fear and anxiety then, and Foxy stepped onto the speech boulder calling for a meeting. Jack and Lillie joined the crowd as they watched the entire event. Lillie wondered if Foxy believed them.
"Me and Levis decided to make all the patrols go south, I think now I know where these "heroes" have gone." Foxy growled. Lillie swallowed, begging not to find her friends in that direction. She just hoped it would all be over soon.
"Ghosts like Jack, Stratus, James, Stray, Bradon stay here to watch over the prisoners." Foxy announced. Lillie looked with joy at Jack, who also breathed a sigh of relief. They have a chance to run away together.
"We're leaving before dusk, be ready." Foxy said. Lillie realized it was still morning, but told herself it was good, they would have plenty of time to plan the bigger details. Then Foxy came down from the boulder, and all the servants scattered throughout the territory.
"It looks like we've made it." Jack spoke up.
"I can't wait to get away." Lillie muttered softly, smiling at Jack.
"Me too, let's meet later where our plan is being discussed, and I'll tell you more about Foxy's helpers who stay in the territory." Jack said. Lillie nodded, kissed Jack goodbye on the cheek, then walked away. She thought she could feel Foxy's eyes on her body. Lillie ignored it, just kept walking with a serious expression on her face. It's almost time to be free.
