Hello, doves. I'm back with a very short chapter, but at least it's something. These next few chapters are hard to write, so I do apologize. Anyway, allow me to present you with Y/N's past.

TW : Gore, abuse, murder, etc.

It was a long time ago. You remember being curled up in your room, your knees tucked into your chest. Your dress was wrinkled, your tights tearing and stained with blood. You could hear your parents arguing. You'd embarrassed them earlier.

"You should have taught her better," your father yelled. A loud thump sounded through the walls of your house. You knew that he had thrown your mother into the wall. You let out a shaky breath, tears stinging behind your eyes. "She's turning out just like you, goddamn it!"

There was another loud thump and you heard your mother yelp. Your blood boiled. You wiped your nose on your sleeve, cursing your father. I hate him, I hate him, I hate him.

"I outta kill you just to teach her a lesson!" he barked, throwing her into the wall again. You stood, all senses leaving your body. You couldn't control yourself anymore.

"She's a disappointment of a daughter! I bet ya cheated on me, cuz she sure as hell ain't mine!" There was the sound of metals scraping; a knife being pulled from a stand. You stepped into the hallway, red carpet soft on your feet. From where your were, you could see your parents fighting in the kitchen. Your mother was bruised, with cuts along her cheeks and forehead. Your father was standing before her, tall and intimidating, with a steak knife in his fist.

Silently, you slid behind him. Your mother made eye contact with you, which caused your father to turn around. He pressed the knife to your throat. "You!" he yelled, his face red with anger.

You couldn't speak. You probably would have died right then and there if it weren't for your mother letting out a sob. He turned back to her. Without thinking, you grabbed the smaller knife from the stand. He heard the noise, but by then it was too late.
