A Long Day

**TBB SEASON 2 SPOILERS**

After Wrecker wasn't watching the ship, the Maurader is gone.

"We need to mine for ipsium" Tech says.

You follow the squad and watch as Omega drills for the glowing mineral. Suddenly, the rocks fall and completely block your exit. You all head over and start to push the rocks away. Even your lightsaber can't fully slide through the giant boulders.

"Why don't you care?"
"He's not completely gone, Omega."
"I want to be alone."

Omega storms off and you watch her. You wait a few minutes as Wrecker, Hunter, and Tech argue about the situation.
"Please guys, stop arguing." You say.
Tech sighs and goes after Omega. You don't want to interrupt their time together, so you continue to work on the rocks.

Time continues to pass. Omega and Tech haven't come back.
"Omega, Tech, come in." Hunter says urgently.
There is no response.
"Something is wrong..." Hunter says.

Tech comes in on Hunter's comm-link.
"We're alive. But you need to be careful." Tech says.
Tech explains the plan and you laugh at how cute he sounds when talking about parts of the plan. You all locate Tech and Omega's gear and head over to the giant current beneath the ipsium. Wrecker groans as he sees how high up he is. After reassuring him, you all jump down.

You can barely see anything as the current violently shakes you. You try your hardest to hold your breath but you end up swallowing a fair amount of water. Before you can think about the current anymore, you're thrown into the bright blue pool of water (Wrecker screaming the entire time) by the raging current.

"Is the ipsium secure?" Tech asks.
Hunter pulls out the ipsium from the satchel.
"That was your first question? Not even if we were ok?" You tease him.
"Well, I..." Tech starts.
You all place the ipsium in the small opening to the outside of the cave.
"Take cover!" Tech says.
He takes a precise shot that perfectly hits the ipsium and explodes the rock.
"Nice shot." You say, exiting the cave.

After multiple fiascos and deciding to go to a nearby town, you all enter the town.
"It's abandoned..." Hunter says.
You chat with Cid. She says that she can't help you. For now, you're stuck on the planet. Omega sends a signal to Gonky. You wait by Tech and the two of you sit down. You rest your head on his shoulder. He looks over at you. You start to feel dizzy. You've only had a small portion of rations and barely any water.
"Y/N, are you alright?" He asks.
Your vision begins to blur as everything goes black...

You slowly open your eyes. You're by the ship with multiple missing parts. Tech has his helmet on.
"Oh, you are awake. Good." Tech says.
"Where are we? And why-" You start.
"I'll explain later. You fainted from severe dehydration. Stay safe here, and let us know if you need anything." He says, leaving the room.
You drink some water and run after him. You don't know which way he went, and you know he won't give you information since he needs you to rest. You run until you crash into a droid. "Intruder!" It yells. You use the Force to push it back temporairly. You start to run but reinforcements block both sides. You hear a blaster fire and the droids fall to the ground. You look to your left and see Tech holding his blaster.
"Y/N, I told you to rest." Tech says, taking off his helmet.
"I wasn't sure if you were going to be ok..." You say.
"I am. Are you alright?" He replies.
You nod. He puts on his helmet, and you both run to find the rest of the squad. Omega is being dragged into the lava by a droid. You can't fully hear what is being said. You see Hunter save Omega and get to safety.
"I'll explain later. Let's get to the ship." Tech says.

After a long, detailed explanation from Tech, you've learned about Benny, the ship, and everything else that happened while you were unconscious. You move closer to Tech and close your eyes as you lay down next to him.

"So now you are going to sleep?" Tech says, laughing softly.
You smile and begin to drift off to sleep.
