Chap 1

I have been alone for so long that it has become second nature to me. All of my friends all have significant others were as me not so much. One of the main reasons why is because I don't want to settle down with just anyone, I really want to find that one person I cannot live without. I have used a lot of what my friends have gone through as learning lessons as well, for instance my friend Adam he went through hell with his first wife Lisa and now is happily married to his new wife and mother of his kids Cindy. There was a lot of drama there Cindy was kidnapped by Adams psycho ex-best friend Jake, it was heartbreaking to watch my friend go through that I cannot even imagine what I would do. Out of all my friends I'm also the one with a HUGE secret, I'm a 28-year-old virgin by choice.

I have had plenty of times to sleep with women, but none really ever appealed to me. They all seemed to have a motive or seemed to be trying use me in some way shape or form. I want to share that part of myself with someone who I'm meant to spend the rest of my life with, I want to be able to connect with her in all ways mentally, emotionally and also spiritually. Some may think it's weird that I haven't slept with anyone, but I honestly don't give a flying fuck it's my body and they can kindly fuck off.  Also, I do have great models for love as well, my mother and father have been married for over 30 years now and are still going strong. They both have encouraged me to follow my heart and dreams as well as heart, my father always made sure my mother and I came first before work and also treated my mother as the queen she is, don't get me wrong they have had ups and downs, but they always found a way to fix it.

I have always been into computers and high tech so when I graduated high school I went to MIT and got my degree in computer science and also engineering. I opened up my own firm about 5 years ago and can pretty much retire if I wanted to, but something keeps me here like I'm supposed to meet someone soon, I have no idea who but to say that I'm not excited every morning to come to work would be a total lie.

As I sit in my office going over reports from last quarter my PA Jacob walks in. Some may think it's odd that I have a male PA but to be honest I got sick n tired of women throwing themselves at me it's not attractive at all. Jacob came looking for a Job about 3 years ago and has been with me ever since, as much as I'm here I think we are more like brothers at this point I laugh to myself and think about how sometimes he can guess what I'm going to say before I even think about it. It can be annoying, but he means no harm. Jacob briefs me for the day and also advises me that I have to meet with the new head of the mail room, I let him know to send them up and he nods and leaves the office not before handing me my second cup of coffee for the day.22

20 minutes later

I hear a soft knock at my door and say "come in". As if time stops for a second, I look up and see the most beautiful Caramel beauty that I have ever seen in my life. She walks slowly towards me and sits down in front of me and smiles and says, "hi Mr. Nix I'm Callie, your new head of the mail room, it's so nice to meet you". Remember when I said that I had a feeling I was going to meet someone soon, well I can guarantee this Caramel beauty is that person.
