Callie

"Holy fuck!"

I yell out and hunch over in pain while holding my stomach. I went to the bathroom to pee and the next thing I know it felt like a damn broke between my legs, the next thing I know is I felt a sharp pain in my belly, and I knew my water fucking broke!

I'm excited to be getting this tiny human out of me, but at the same time I'm scared shitless.

I don't know shit about giving birth. I wanted to have a home birth, so I made sure to do everything to have one. Devin helped me find a Dula and I also had to make sure she was black as well, among black women we have the highest death rate versus any other race. I needed to make sure that the person helping me bring my child into the world would listen and hear me.

I just called Devin and he must have busted his ass to get here because I heard a loud crash and a "fuck" Hopefully he is ok.

He told me he is on his way and he even said he was calling my mom and dad as well. I filled up the tub and got into the tub after calling my Dula , and now I'm patiently waiting for everyone to get here.

"Oh shit! This is some busllshit!"

I  scream at the top of my lungs and I hear my front door open and hear one of my favorite people in the world say "girl shut yo ass up!, that's what happens when you be out here popping yo pussy nine months later simlimac!"

My best friend Megan says as she walks over to the tub and kisses my forehead. I roll my eyes at her and smack my lips saying "girl Imma remember that when you get knocked up and push my God baby out!"

"Aw hell nah! Girl bye! I'm not ever having kids ever"

"You already know this" Megan smiles at me and I remember that she did tell me she didn't ever want to have kids. I totally understand though, Megan is a porn star, and she doesn't want to have kids and years later they see there mama getting fucked on.

I met Megan in a sex store about five years ago and we have been friends ever since. She tried to get me to come work with her but I didn't want to because at the time I had just started to talk to Andrew.

Having Megan here means the world to me. She has always had my back and I have always had her back as well, my mom and dad walk in with the Dula who immediately gets in the water and checks my cervix.

"Ok babygirl you are nine centimeters dilated and it's about that time for you to start pushing"

The Dula breathes out and smiles. I clamp my legs closed and my dad frowns and says "little girl it's too late for you to close them legs! Quit playing with me and your mama, and push our grandchild out before I become the first father to whoop his daughter during child birth!"

I look at my father stunned as my mother hides her face laughing at my pain shaking her head. She hits my dad and I open my legs back up and sit up pushing my back firmly against the tub, Megan pushes me back a little and comes behind me and wraps her body loosely around me and whispers in my ear "I got you best friend! Let's bring my God baby into this world, you can do it!"

I nod my head at her words and four pushes later and a lot of screaming from me, My daughter's cries can be heard and she is placed on my chest. I cry ugly and coo my daughter and soothe her softly.

One thing is going through my mind, and that is where in the holy hell is Devin.

Devin

Right now I should be with Callie bringing  our baby into the world but I'm not. I'm standing here in front of my desk looking at her sperm donor holding a gun to my face, this crazy son of a bitch walked into my office guns a blazing and really thought I would be scared!

The thing is I have found myself in some very dangerous positions before with people a lot scarier. This punk as bitch doesn't pump fear in my heart one bit!

"I going to fucking kill you!"

Andrew tells me while holding the gun in my face with shaky hands. I smile then laugh saying "no your not, if you were you would have done it already"

He frowns then just as he goes to pull the trigger, I can see one of Sandoval's men fire a shot into the back of his head. Andrews body falls to the ground and I wipe the blood that spattered over my face off with a handkerchief I keep in my jacket pocket. Sandoval's man puts his gun away and two other men enter my office and carry out Andrew's body.

The men nod at me and I nod back, I walk around them and I head to where I needed to be at the moment.

I jump into my car and send a text to Megan, Callie's best friend letting her know I'm on my way.

Megan texts  me back with a thumbs up and a "hurry your white ass up she is pushing!"

I speed through all the lights to Callies house and almost forget to turn my car off when I finally get to her place. I walk through the door and I can hear Callie's screams and then I hear a baby cry as well.

"My baby girl! Mommy is here, I'm here" I can hear Callie tell our baby girl and my heart swells. My girls I think to myself, I walk into the bathroom and rush over to Callie, who looks up at me with tears in her eyes and a big smile on her face and we both say the three words that I feel we have felt since we laid eyes on each other "I love you!"
