First up on the tour was the CEO’s office, she told me that I should go in there to get my schedule and to get started with the experiments. I shivered as I heard that word, I asked her why on earth I would want that. She answered by saying that you get superpowers and then proceeded to show me hers as she pointed her finger at the window and suddenly the tree in the distance was struck by lightning. I acted like I thought that that was really cool and as if I didn’t have any powers myself.
I hesitated walking in there, but with no other option since Inazuma was watching me closely, I build up the courage and walked in. It was the CEO, I recognised him immediately as he was in practically all of my nightmares. I expected there to be some sort of secretary, not he himself. I felt my heartbeat and breathing rate going up, I was starting to sweat, and my muscles were trembling like crazy. Then he spoke to me. It might not seem much to normal person, but to me even just his voice saying my name triggers my PTSD so bad that it causes me to hallucinate and flicker in and out of consciousness and have a full-on seizure almost like an epilepsy attack.
When I woke up this time I was in a different bed, still as white as the last one, but I was in a kind of hospital room with nurses all around me being relieved at me waking up. I was feeling very much disorientated, because from my point of view I was just feeling terrified in a room with the CEO of the lab, but suddenly I’m in some random hospital room with about seven people’s heads hanging above me. They all apologised for hanging over me so dramatically and obnoxiously and stood up straight, then I noticed a non-nurse in the room, I could tell because she wasn’t wearing a nurse outfit
