"What the fuck is that smell" D says storming into the room his eyes glowing red.

I furrow my eyebrows, huh? I take a deep breath in through my nose almost immediately coughing at the scent, holy shit what the fuck

I stand up quickly but my head pounds and my vision blurs, I blink aggressively looking for Dimitri but I see him laying on the floor, my heartbeat increases, I can feel it pounding in my chest and legs

"D-" I cant even get his name out of my mouth, my feet are heavy as if they're glued to the floor, I lift my foot but I end up just falling over, my body colliding with the floor hard.

And before I know it my eyes close on me and my mind goes blank

"Where is the girl" the man says, he is ugly as fuck, the hair on his head extremely thin and combed over making it look even worse, his face chubby and wrinkly just like the rest of his body.

"I told you man, you're the one who interrupted me showering remember?" I say leaning carelessly on the door frame

Though I'm not careless at all, matter fact I'm examining every blink this man takes and making sure Aurora doesn't spiral while trying to contact D and Zane although by the small scent of poison on these men I'd say they're knocked out.

"Listen here prick" he walks up to be and I don't move a muscle as he pulls out a gun aiming it at me.

"Tell me where the girl is or I'll kill you" he says, spit flying out of his mouth and on my face making me scrunch my face up in disgust, I take my hand wiping it from my cheek before standing up straight to my full height

"Do you know who I am" I say stalking closer to me, I see sweat beads starting to form on his forehead as I stalk closer my eyes glowing brighter my the second, the man behind him moves back slowly as if I'll let him get away.

"I- I just need the girl man" He stutters out making a dark chuckle leave my lips, my fangs extend from my canine teeth and his eyes widen fear swirling in them

"Hurry up they're gonna wake up soon, just shoot him!" The man behind him whisper yells the bald fat guy

"And I need you to get the fuck out of my house eh?" I growl out, the man behind him which is much younger might I add tries to run. Tsk tsk, mistakes are just being thrown around today, I gran the back of his shirt pulling him back into me making him run into my chest, I gran the top of his head the side of his chin twisting it the left a loud snap emitting through the room before he drops dead on the floor

"You're coming with me" I say grabbing his head and bringing it down to my knew successfully knocking him out. I let out a breath seeing one dead body and another knocked out in the middle of my princesses room

A small soft gasp is heard behind me reminding me of Aurora, my head whips around and I find her staring at the younger boy

Fuck.

I run to her turning around into the bathroom.

"You okay baby?" I ask examining her for injuries, I told her not to leave the closet.

"Alex Im fine are you okay?" She asks me with a small tremble to her voice, her hand lifts up to my face and into my mouth her finger grazing my teeth I forgot to put away

I retract them and blink away my anger making sure to put Aurora first.

"Come with my I think something happened with Zane and Dimitri" I say taking her hand in mine and leading her out of the bathroom over the bodies and down the hall into Zanes office, we walk into his office and we see them both laying on the floor.

"Oh no" Aurora gasps running towards them, I kick Zane in the head with my foot and Aurora slaps my leg making me back up with my hands up

Dimitri shifts in place making Aurora run to him, she puts her hands on his face kissing his lips, and when she pulls away she sighs seeing Zane up

"Oh thank god you guys are okay"

"Humans. Why the fuck would they be on a stranded island looking for our girl, with Vampire poison" Zane says throwing his hand back in annoyance

It makes no sense, who is leading these humans and why are they even attempting to attack a group of the most powerful Vampires in the world, it boggles me, Aurora's light snores fill the silence in the room and she sleeps on Zane, said she wanted us extra close incase something happened she could use her super awesome CIA karate moves on the danger

"Should we still be hosting this ball?" Dimitri asks after a while of silence.

"We don't have much of a choice" Zane says breathing out.

We really don't, all the rouges know now. There is no taking it back, we have to follow through, and with Aurora now at even more risk, because of these stupid stupid men, we aren't gonna get anything done. Which is why we need to call in help, but we are all Aurora knows so we do plan on asking her when she wakes up if we can have more people stay here to help, I doubt she would say no but I would rather just have her approval

After all she is our queen

A knock at the door makes all of us jump up in alert, Aurora jumping awake with us.

"What was that" she whispers the sleepiness still evident in her voice

"Great question sweetheart" Dimitri says his eyes glowing red while standing up heading straight for the door
