She's alive

"I'm inviting you to stay here for a few weeks, let's catch up more, my love." nagulat ako sa biglang pagbulong saakin ni Markus habang tahimik akong kumakain.

Tinanguan ko lang sya at bumalik nalang sa pagkain ko.

Napansin nya ata ang pag iba ng mood ko kaya tinanong pa nya ako.

"What's the matter?" 

"Nothing, I just feel a little bit nauseous." pag arte ko 

"Do you need anything? Water? Medicine? Something?" he said while gently rubbing his palm on my back.

"I'm fine." huminga ako ng malalim at pinagmasdan ang mga kapatid nya.

Kita kong pinapanood nya ako kaya mas lalo pa akong nagpanggap na uncomfortable sa harap ng mga kapatid nya.

"I'm sorry, Keshia. If the food isn't that good. We fired our chef because someone told her to put drugs on our drink." Sarkastikong pagpaparinig ni Marcellus kay Margot

"No, it's good... But if you guys like, I know someone who could replace your chef. I know I'm not in the right place to suggest that but--"

"No, that's a good idea. Invite him here. Your opinion matters. You're part of the family." hinawakan ni Markus ang kamay ko at nginitian ko naman sya tsaka bumalik ang tingin sa mga kapatid nya na tumatango tango at sumasang ayon sa sinabi ko.

Markus's words are important for the rest of his siblings. He is the firstborn twin. And I got that power too.

"Not him, her... It's Paisley." wika ko at nagulat naman sya

"You made her dream come true." hindi makapaniwalang saad ni Markus.

Naaalala ko, nangako kaming dalawa ni Markus na tutuparin namin ang pangarap ng dalawa. 

"Hold on, Paisley?? As in, Lesley's twin?? The Chef??" kumunot ang noo ko sa tanong ni Melanie saakin

Does she know her?

"Yeah... How do you know??" takang tanong ko sakanya at mahinhin naman syang tumawa

"Lesley is my friend, she's a model too. And Paisley is a damn famous chef too, and so the three of us became friends." 

Oh...

"How about you, how did you know them?"

Ngumisi si Markus kay Melanie at sya ang sumagot sa tanong neto.

"Well, Lesley and Paisley is Keshia's house caretakers before." mayabang na sabi ni Markus sakanila

"I am their manager." sambit ko naman

"Wow, really?? What else do you do." hindi makapaniwalang saad ni Melanie saakin.

Sa laki ng mata nya ngayon halata naman na gulat na gulat talaga sya.

Oh, only if she knew.

"I'm a worldwide club owner"

Hindi naman sa pagmamayabang...

"Damn! Are you kidding me?? Sabi ko na familiar ka eh, you're the owner of that club right??" 

"Yeah..." napahawak ako sa leeg ko at kunwaring nahihiya.

"Your girlfriend is such a big deal, man." puri ni Matthew kay Markus at nag fist bump pa sila.

Napa iling nalang ako.
