ao'nung
After 6th period ended Ao'nung and Lo'ak gathered their backpacks and walked out of class. Lo'ak had one airpod in listening to music. "Hey, I gotta take care of some business. I'll catch you later," Ao'nung said lightly tapping Lo'aks arm with the back of his hand. Lo'ak gave him nod, putting the other airpod in the opposite ear and headed towards a bench. Ao'nung walked outside to his car and got inside. He took out a joint and his lighter. He sparked the lighter until a tiny fire lit. He inhaled deeply and smoke slowly escaped his lips. I couple coughs choked in his throat before there was a knock on his window. He rolled it down to see Rotxo waving. "Bro why are you smoking weed with your windows up, your cars gonna reek" Rotxo coughed waving his hand in front of his face. "What do you want Rotxo" Ao'nung replied with a slight grin. "Oh yeah, I'm giving the Sully's a ride home so Tsireya's gonna ride with you," Rotxo seemed very excited to have new passengers in his car. "Okay cool, I'll see you tonight?" "Mhm," Rotxo walked away from the car and headed for his own. Eventually Tsireya knocked on the passenger side window and pointed to the door handle. Ao'nung unlocked the door and she entered the car. "God Ao'nung, it reeks!" "Oh shut up and put your seatbelt on," Tsireya rolled her eyes while buckling in her seatbelt.
thing one, thing two, and ao'nung 😝:
tsireya definitely likes lo'ak (aonung)
(rotxo) no way
(tsireya) stfu ao'nung no i dont.
"Stop texting and driving you jerk," Tsireya hissed crossing her arms. "Okay I'm sorry I swear, I just like fucking with you," He nudged her and gave her a smile. She didn't return the smile but Ao'nung knew she wasn't actually mad. Tsireya never stayed mad at anyone. Ao'nung decided to play some music on his aux while Tsireya scrolled through tiktok. She let out a giggle then faced her phone towards Ao'nung. "Look at this," she showed him a video of a baby falling at the park. "Reya that's not funny," he said stifling a laugh while covering his mouth. "You know it's funny dumbass. You know you wanna laugh," Ao'nung burst out laughing while shaking his head. "You're so cruel," he continued shaking his head while holding his stomach. They eventually arrived home and Ao'nung pulled into the driveway. He set his blunt tin under the armrest and stepped out the car to open the door for his sister. "Wow such a gentleman," she mocked unbuckling her seatbelt and stepping out the car. Ao'nung shoved her slightly as he got the keys to the front door and opened it. He let his sister step inside first then followed behind her. They both took their shoes off and set them by the front door. Tsireya went to the living room and turned on the tv, while Ao'nung went instantly to the kitchen. He looked through the fridge and found leftover pasta in a container. "Aye Reya, is this yours?" he shouted holding up the container still looking through the fridge. "Oh yeah it was, but you can have it if you'd like," The boy nodded and set the container in the microwave to heat it up. After the timer went off he took the food out the microwave and sat at the table.
Suddenly the front door opened. "Hello my beautiful children, we're homeee!" Ronal and Aviva, Ao'nung and Tsireya's little sister, arrived in the doorway. Aviva came running towards Ao'nung, arms wide open. "Hey ma, hi Avi!" Ao'nung jumped from his chair and picked his sister up giving her a multitude of kisses on her forehead. "How was daycare? Were you being good?" he asked, tickling her in her stomach. "Hi Ma, welcome home! And why does she always hug him first I swear he's her favorite," Tsireya rolled her eyes and stood up from the couch to give her mom a kiss on the cheek and a side hug. "How was work?" she asked her mother while walking over to her brother and sister. "It was a busy day today, but overall pretty good," Ronal rubbed her thumb over her daughters cheek with a smile. "Don't forget to do your homework, and would you mind watching your sister for about an hour? I'm exhausted and your dad should be home in no more than an hour," "Yeah of course" Tsireya replied gently taking their sister from Ao'nung. "I'll watchh Avi until Pa gets home if you do the dishes for me tonight," Tsireya offered tilting her head slightly. Ao'nung hesitated for a moment. "Fine," he groaned. Tsireya took Avi upstairs while Ao'nung stayed downstairs and sat on the couch. He turned off the tv and slid his phone out his pocket.
rotxo 🫧🤘🏽:
hey bro, you home yet? (ao'nung)
(rotxo) yep, just got back from dropping off the sully's
(rotxo) why? you okay?can you hangout? (ao'nung)
(rotxo) yeah sure, gimme like 30 minutes
Not too long later the doorbell rings. "I got it!" Ao'nung shouts from downstairs. He opens the door to see Rotxo standing there with a bag of hot cheetos in hand. "Why do you always bring chips when you come over? We have snacks," Ao'nung laughed moving out of the door frame giving Rotxo space to enter. "I know, I just like bringing my own in case you don't have any I like," Ao'nung bopped his friend in the back of the head as he took his shoes off. The two of them headed upstairs into Ao'nung's room. Rotxo sat on the floor while Ao'nung sat on his bed. "The Sully's are cool right?" Rotxo asked, mouth full of hot cheetos. "Yeah, they're cool. Do you think Neteyam doesn't have a license? And thats why they take the bus?" "Oh no, his cars not woking right now so that's why they have to ride the butter stick," Rotxo confirmed, offering Ao'nung the bag of hot cheetos. Ao'nung shook is head to the offer and sat down next to Rotxo. "Oh that's cool. Well no- it's not cool, it's just cool to know- Well not cool but interesting, you know." Rotxo looked at Ao'nung with a confused expression. "Why are you acting so weird man," Rotxo laughed, shoving him slightly. "I'm kinda thirsty. Are you thirsty?" Rotxo asked, gulping down the dryness in his throat. Ao'nung shook his head and gave him a small smile. Rotxo shrugged his shoulders and left the room to get a drink.
Ao'nung sat in his room alone for a moment before his door cracked open. Tsireya peeked her head into his room. "Avi's down for a nap and Ma is asleep too. Dad also called saying he'll be a little late tonight," she informed him studying his face as she spoke. He gave her a nod of understanding. "You okay? Where's Rotxo?" she asked. "How do you know Rotxo's here?" "He's literally the only person you hang out with and I heard the front door open," Ao'nung threw a pillow at her and she quickly ran out shutting the door while giggling. Rotxo reopened the door almost instantly after Tsireya had left. He brought back two cans of cherry coke and two cups filled halfway with ice. "I know you said you weren't thirsty but you know, just in case," Rotxo threw the can to Ao'nung and set the cup with ice next to him. They both popped up the cans and filled up their cups. Ao'nung didn't drink his though. He just stared at the liquid sitting in his cup spinning it around in both his hands. He cleared his throat before setting the cup on the floor and standing up. "I'm gonna use the bathroom real quick," Ao'nung opened his bedroom door and headed for the bathroom.
