Dancing Vipers

I woke up the next morning happy . Two of my by best friends that I used to dance with , Elijah , and jess , called saying were in town at my local dance studio asking if I wanted to hang out .Of course I said yes and they said I could bring as many friends as I like , in our dance language that meant any friends that came would learn at least one of our dance routine's . I talked to them on them for about an hour and told them about Matthew. I took a shower then put my hair in a braided crown ponytail. Then I put on powder , concealer, waterproof mascara, chap stick, an face primer. I put on my outfit (above) then grabbed my phone and car keys. Still had an hour till I had to leave . I walked downstairs to see almost everyone in the kitchen . " Okay you guys have an hour to get ready wear clothes you can dance in " I said once I got into the kitchen . " whyyyy???" Shawn whined. " Well we were going to meet up with my friends that I danced with on a national dance team but you guys don't have to come ." Everyone went upstairs to get ready while I made vines. after thirty minutes I yelled " if you're not down here within five minutes your getting left behind". Suddenly they all came down " okay guys split up then whoever's driving just needs to follow me ." I said and within ten minutes we got everything figured out. we began driving and we got to our destination in about ten minutes . " Okay guys just be yourself and accepting. Don't act or pretend pretend . that is one thing my crew hates , liars , and fakers . Now let's go " I said leading them inside. " Wassup Besties " I yelled and my old crew looked at me and yelled
" Skyler " as I ran up to them. We talked and finally decided I would show them my solo dance to Say My Name , but not teach them ( Above )

So my old crew got everyone quiet and ready to watch while jess and Elijah were squealing, they love it when I do this solo. While my bestie
Calum , who could dance for a king free styling , found the song . Everyone's face became confused when they saw me alone on the dance space. They began to whisper and point which ticked off Calum. "What's so funny" Calum asked a girl who was laughing and pointing.
" My friends and I just think its funny that you put the girl who can't dance to dance alone in front of us" She said in a high pitched voice. Everyone in my crew including me began to laugh , when we danced they gave me a medal saying I was the best dancer on the team. " You do realize you just challenged a girl who won a medal for being the best female dancer in the country " My friend Frankie said , but it was true. They made me dance this solo at our Country competition and I won a medal for being the best female dancer country. That's part of why we love this solo so much. Everyone but my dance crew and myself began to gape at me. The music began to play and the electricity coursed through me my veins and I began to dance.

*After the dance
My crew began to throw their shoes at me , which was a sign of applause and respect. I had sweat dripping down my fore head but I felt alive and ready to go. And so for the next hour they had me do a bunch of my original solo's. I did my solo for emotions by Mariah Carey , If by Janet Jackson, Rather Be by clean bandit , wish by tyga , sing by End shereen , Bad intentions By Niykee Heaton , and The one by Mary J. Blige. Once I was done I saw my crew had smiles on their faces.
" okay have any of you seen Skyler's contemporary or magnetic dance to her song elastic " Calum said .
" You have two dances to it" Reese said gaping at me while the rest of my friends stared at me with wide eyes. I laughed hard at them.
" Know what do your contemporary version first then do your magnetic version " Calum said.
" Calum do you remember the contemporary duet dance " I said.
" Yeah he said " smiling at me.
" then get over here " I yelled .

As I began to dance I carried my footsteps lightly but I heavily carried my emotions. Calum and I danced in sync and for a moment It was just like the old days with the crew.
Once we were done I looked at my friends and saw the tears in their eyes but their pride in their smiles.
I did my magnetic dance and I was tired but proud.

" So Matthew " Jess said smirking. I nodded my head and she smiled. So "I saw your video of you guys dancing when I followed you on vine. And I know he was gone , but he has been seeing you dance thanks to the fact your password is still 2580 for some reason. I face timed him and explained everything and he is currently on his way . But the crew and I saw a video on your YouTube of You talking about Matthew and your song you had wrote, that you sent me last week. And so we have a surprise for the two of you" jess had practically yelled and as if on cue Matthew walked in . His dirty blonde- ish brown hair in a quiff. His brown eyes sparkling and perfectly white slightly crooked smile on his face. He was wearing his black basketball shorts , black Jordan's , his white T-shirt , His black snap back placed lightly on his head , And his Duds zip up hoodie . He looked at me and his smile widened. " Matthew " I said running over and hugging him . I heard a bunch of Awww's in the room.

" You told me you could dance but I didn't know you got an award and could even dance that well " he said looking at me
" Well ya know " I said popping my imaginary collar .
He threw his head back and laughed .
" I'll be right back " I said running over to my bag . I grabbed Matthew's hoodie from my bag and put in on. Once I ran back over I saw Matthew smiling and the fact I was wearing his hoodie.
Suddenly I heard his song and I looked at him and he pointed forward. I turned around to see my friends.
" Matthew . When Skyler told jess and I about you we were so happy. Skyler had been stuck in a world she couldn't escape. We Had tried so hard to help but we knew she was broken and she needed the right person to save her. And Matthew you saved her. The crew and I are so thankful for you. You saved her Matthew , You made her feel save and loved. Last week Skyler sent jess this song saying she wrote it for someone special to her that she loved. As soon as jess and I listened to it we knew she wrote it for you. So in honor of you Saving Skyler we did this for you guys " Elijah said to us.

Suddenly the recording of my song Life support began to play . We old crew began to dance.
Once they were done I ran to them." I hate to say this but we have to go . But we love you and we'll see you again" Mika said as we all hugged.
I burst out crying . " Skyler , Skyler what's wrong" Lanie said looking nervous." Nothing's wrong I just miss this , I just miss everything about this . God , I love you guys" I said smiling.
All I heard were theirs muffled voices saying " we love you too".
We all parted and began to pick up . All of my friends left saying that they would see me at school tomorrow . I continued picking up . Once everything was clean I said goodbye to my crew and grabbed my bag. As Matthew and I walked to my car I gave him my keys and he got in the drivers seat while I got into the passenger seat. I unlocked my phone and opened my YouTube since I kept getting notifications from it. Once I saw what was happening I laughed. Frankie had recorded me dancing , and once I finished my dance to Say My Name he said " Damn Meh home girl still got the moves , Work that floor Queen " Looking at me then to the phone repeatedly. I looked at the comments and saw tons of love and support. I then opened my twitter to see all my friends tweeting to watch the video and about how much fun I had. I tweeted out " Damn my homeboy still got the moves , Work that floor King . Love ya Frankie" I typed and tagged him in the post. Soon enough we got my house and said our goodbyes as he got into his car and left.
