But yeah I guess there's a bit of unfortunate news with this story... I've really been slimming it down by getting rid of the extra chapters. For example, this chapter was supposed to be like 3 chappies away but I was too tired with it to write some extra fillers. It's coming real close to its end and it makes me upset but I have lost a lot of motivation with this story. I don't understand why it's so popular when there's physically no plot at all. I don't get how people read it when basically nothing has happened throughout the entirety of this book. So now I'm just writing to finish it.

Don't worry, I'm not in any way taking a break from wattpad or writing at all (it probably seems like I have with all the slow updates) and I still very much love one direction and writing/reading about them ^_^ this story's end just may come quicker than expected. I'm really looking to end it by the end of this school's year since I have other stories I need to focus on. That sounds far away but it's better to plan for more than for less.

But I think you guys will enjoy this 2 part one!!

"Liam," I begged, standing on my tiptoes to lean even closer to him. "I know this sounds like such a hassle to you but could you please join me for dinner with my family. My mom wants me there so she doesn't have to deal with my dad alone and I just really don't want to have to sit in the middle of them and listen to every little snide thing they say and--"

"Whoa, whoa," Liam interrupted me, letting out a small chuckle at my rambling. "Of course I'll go."

I let out a scream of excitement, attacking him in a hug. He pulled a bit away to lean his face into mine and connect our lips together.

And still those darn butterflies had to wildly fly around in my stomach.

The dinner was awkward, to say the least. Every time my mom or dad would say something, the other would look up, only to send a mere glare their way.

Liam seemed to sense my discomfort as he assuringly placed his hand on my thigh, rubbing soothing circles to comfort me. My eyes wandered over in his direction and he sent me a subtle smile.

I smiled down at my food, stabbing a piece of meat with a fork as my mom rambled on about some sports team.

My mom glanced over at me, staring straight through my eyes. "I mean why would anyone cheat?"

I nearly choked on my steak, and I could tell Liam noticed. He turned to me, eyeing me with wariness as he patted my back gently.

"Why would she say that?" I hissed in his ear, making sure my mom didn't hear, as I wiped away at my steak-covered shirt
