Previously on The Story Continues: (Y/N) putting one hand to her face and crying with Daryl who was with Merles' alive corpse Daryl stabbed Merle in the face so many times it was impossible to know who it was. Daryl was on the ground sitting bawling and (Y/N) walked softly to the man crouching down in-front of him before wrapping her arms around him and much to her surprise Daryl had done the same.
From where they were positioned Daryl's head was buried into the chest of (Y/N) and his arms around her lower back as she was hugging his head, trying to give him the same comfort Michonne had given her. "I am so so sorry, Daryl." Daryl replied with more loud sobs and clutched her harder.
Quote of the day "After all tomorrow is another day." From Unknown I sadly can't remember where I heard this from.

'Welcome To The Tombs'
3rd POV
Everyone preparing for the Governor to come to attack the prison by removing everything of importance to give the impression that they left the prison behind. Packing the cars, Carl stormed out ignoring his fathers' call to him putting his things in the same car as Beth before ignoring her as well. Rick looking at the prison walkway before going back to the prison.
Michonne had followed behind him as Daryl and (Y/N) were by Daryl's bike, (Y/N) mainly sitting next to Daryl helping him pack. Carol had walked her way up to the pair making Daryl look to the older woman. "You know, Merle never did nothing like that his whole life." Looking at his bike pausing what he was doing while gaining (Y/N)'s attention.
"He gave us a chance." Carol then had then reached her hand out to help Daryl up to which he grabbed she shortly walked off after helping him. Daryl glanced down to (Y/N) reaching down a hand for her to grab. (Y/N) grabbed his hand to help her stand up, once stood she held his hand a little longer before letting go and grabbing the quiver and the bag for him.
Daryl set the poncho down onto his bike to take the items from the female next to him but after he had taken the items she quickly grabbed the poncho to feel useful and (Y/N) slid the poncho onto herself to carry more things. (Y/N) then made her way into the prison to give it one more look over. Upon entering she had seen Rick who was avoiding eye contact.
Sighing to herself she looks up at Rick. "I'm not mad, you were going to give us to The Governor, but you had to of known that giving us or not, either way he was going to kill everyone. That will always be his plan to eliminate any threat to power." (Y/N) stated to the leader to which he finally made eye contact with the girl.
"I know, before you and Michonne were taken, I had changed my mind but you three were already gone and I'm sorry." Knowing this was probably the best apology she was going to receive from the ex-sheriff she gave a small nod and a slight smile. Before anymore words could be exchanged Michonne walked up to the pair and Michonne looking up the stairs at Rick "We're ready."
Hearing this (Y/N) began to walk to the entrance. Rick began to walk down the steps reaching Michonne who was just at the bottom. "The deal the Governor offered about (Y/N) and I- you had to think about it. You had to. I get it." Michonne reassured Rick just as (Y/N) made it to the door she heard Rick give a small 'yeah' before she left to the outside of the prison.
Before entering a car Rick jogged up to (Y/N) making the girl turn and look at the man. "Can you go with Carl and help him watch over Hershel and Beth? And Judith?" The girl just nodded in response before turning back around.
The female walked up to the car that Hershel, Beth, and Carl were in then she drove off to a place to hide the car covering it with branches and Judith inside. Just as she turned the car off she heard the noise of trucks driving up to the prison and then gunshots. The Governor and his men were at the prison killing walkers and shooting the surrounding area.
(Y/N), Hershel, and Carl had their guns ready just incase walkers came or a few stragglers of the Governors group had wandered into the woods. After a few moments the prison alarm was goin off along with screaming and gunshots. This causes the four had hid behind a couple of trees as they faced near the prison with Hershel crouching and Beth in his grasp both Carl and (Y/N) were standing.
"I should be there." Carl said before looking to (Y/N) "So should you." Then all went quiet not a sound from the four and not a sound from the prison. A boy running from the gunfire and being left behind found himself into the woods as Carl got up from behind the car and pointed his gun at the boy. "Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa. Don't shoot." The boy put his hand up just as Hershel and (Y/N) pointed their gun at him.
"Jody?" (Y/N) questioned, this made Carl and Hershel look to her before looking back at the boy but knowing who the kid was (Y/N) lowered her gun. "Drop the weapon, son." Hershel demanded. "Sure." Looking to (Y/N) while slowly starting to lower his gun and trying to walk slowly to Carl to give him the gun.
"Here, take it." Carl continued to point his weapon at Jody and they just stare at each other one holding fear the other with a neutral face, then Carl pulled the trigger and watched the body thud to the ground. (Y/N) shocked she gasped and brought her hand to her mouth. Turning her attention to Carl before they began to clear off the car to go back.
With a grave look onto her face, (Y/N) drove back the short ride felt long and it was filled with silence. When the vehicle had parked and been turned off everyone had gotten out still silent and (Y/N) still had a horrified face they all walked into the prison. Rick hearing the door open and Judith coo he turned to the small group. "Hey." Not knowing what exactly to do after witnessing Carl killing Jody, (Y/N) chose to follow behind Hershel.
Beth walked over with Judith and Rick gave her a kiss on the forehead then turned to his son giving a hug to his oldest child. "Hey." The hug didn't last long as Carl backed out of the hug and looked to his father. "Dad, I'm coming to Woodbury." Rick looks down. Daryl walking near them notices the look on (Y/N)'s face and walked over to the girl grabbing her forearm the sudden contact made her jump and look at Daryl.
Drowning out the conversation between the boy and his father she just listened to Daryl as for some reason to her it seemed to calm her. "You doin' okay?" Daryl asking her that made her feel like she was about to break down crying and to fight from actually crying she looked down and nodded her head. Daryl not knowing what to do he simply pulled her off to the side and sat her down as silent tears fell while Daryl waited for her to be ready to tell him.
She wiped her tears and looked up to Daryl and sniffled. "I'm sorry. A boy I knew back in Woodbury, a sweet kid really and he ran, and Carl shot him when he didn't need to it just made me feel upset that he killed a kid that I had known and who was surrendering." Daryl nodded and lightly rubbed her arm before standing up. "It'll be okay." And he walked off to help hunt down The Governor.
Hours had passed and the night had come, and the small three-man group had not returned and all of the rest that didn't go just waited then sunrise came with sunrise the sound of Daryl's bike followed by the car and then a bus filled with Woodbury folks who had lived. The people had started to enter the prison and Rick looked up to the walkway one last time then back down.
(Y/N) walked over to Daryl who was standing looking at the people getting off of the bus. "They're joining us?" She asked with a sense of joy having people she used to talk to be here at their home and Daryl looking down to her feeling an odd happiness seeing (Y/N) smile. "They are and it'll let them live for another day." Looking back to Daryl with a smile that he slightly returned. "Good. After all tomorrow is another day."
