ABNORMAL CHAPTER

Rain poured, lighting crackled and yelled. Nothing was new. It was a dark day, the death of Kian. His son watched as the funeral continued. The poor boy was too young to understand what happened to his mom. He clings to his friend who told him. "Your mom has gone to see the moon goddess" was the way the friend put it. The young boy never understood death or anything. He didn't know why people were crying and why people were upset. But most people knew that the mother died in a very common way that omegas in the red moon pack did; by getting raped to death. After that day, the boy lived alone in the pack house. He knew how to shower, brush his teeth, etc., and everything else would be taken care of. Everything was normal until September 1st, the day that everything started. When the young Alpha of the pack was outside and playing with his friends, he caught sight of the boy. The young Alpha told his father about it and the Alpha knew what to do. The Alpha knew that the two weren't mates as there would be a connection. But in the future, for the boy to agree to be marked by the young alpha he needed to be something; Broken. Obviously, the boy was an Omega, so it would be quite easy. The Alpha ordered the breakage to commence that same day. The alpha allowed young betas and Alphas to rape and abuse the boy for the breakage to happen. The only time it was enjoyable for the boy was when he was in heat which only happened twice a year while the rape; was every other day. The breakage did horrid things to the boy's mindset to the point where when he shifted he saw black. A black coat of fur. The boy was impure and it was permanent. The boy was horrified as his mate would not want an impure omega as their mate. And as he thought that, he hid his fur. The boy never shifted again. To the boy's misfortune, his only friend, who was the Alpha's second son went into a rut and the boy was sent to serve him. It was worse than the others because the boy knew and trusted the youngest Alpha with his life. After that, the boy avoided everyone and only came out of his room for food, to serve, and for school. The abuse and torment continued for years until the boy was broken. But as he wasn't 18, he couldn't be marked. The boy lost his will to live as every day was the same. He never wanted to meet his mate as he was upset that they'd reject him at first glance. But there was a day when everything became better. The boy's first pack run. He was never allowed to go into a pack run as he was told to stay home and help around in the house with the other omegas. As the run commenced this was the first time the boy felt peace in 8 years. The wind blew through his impure fur. He was at the back when his eyes trailed toward the forest. 'I could escape if I really wanted to' he thought. No one would notice he's gone until tomorrow. He started to run slower, trailing behind his pack. Once he was far away enough, he made a beeline into the deeper parts of the forest, continuing to run through the trees and bush. After what felt like an hour, he was off-pack land and was in neutral territory. That was when he slowed down, huffing tiredly. The boy was now finally free. No Alphas, no more rape. No nothing. Complete and utter freedom.
