3rd person POV

|1| As the clock hit 5 it was time for dinner. The pack house was quiet. In the kitchen, there was Ren, peacefully daydreaming of something that makes him happy, Erix. It looked like he was asleep though.

|2| In came Aiden and Darrin, somehow chatting about a movie. Though the row of heartbreaks a few days ago, now the karma has evened out a bit and so the bitter feeling ended a bit. Aiden inspected Ren but came to the conclusion that he was asleep. As the two were talking, Elio came inside.

|3| As he spotted him, Aiden rolled his eyes and went to leave despite what Darrin was saying. As he turned the doorknob, but the door wasn't opening which was making Aiden pissed. "Oh my fucking god..." He mumbled, trying to not wake up Ren with his curses. "You're gonna break the doorknob off..." Elio muttered to himself which angered Aiden more.

|4| Darrin already realized what was happening. It was likely the Alpha and Luna were trying to fix the two relationships in means of holding them, hostage. He told Aiden as he was holding him down, stopping him from ripping the door down. He wasn't mad at Elio for sleeping with Darrin, He was mad at Elio because he betrayed him and betrayed his own mate.

|5| Soon Darrin got Aiden to calm down after a few tries. Ren's eyes blinked open. He was awake from the start he just want some peace. "What's happening?" Ren asked as he looked around. Seems like when he was in his own little world he blocked out reality.

|6| "Oh it's nothing really, just the Alpha and Luna are holding us hostage until we talk." Aiden hissed as both him and Darrin sat down. "Talk about what?" Ren asked, rubbing his eyes. "What happened a few days ago." Darrin sighed, rubbing Aidens back.

|7| "There's not even anything to talk about. My parents are being dramatic like usual." Elio budded in. "Did Erix agree on what you did?" Aiden hissed. "No-"Exactly! Meaning it's not supported by who? Little Ms.Moon goddess!" Aiden said with a fake smile.

|8| Elio rolled his eyes and continued on his phone. "That's what you wanted to fuck so bad?..." Aiden muttered to Darrin who sighed in response. "What did yall even fucking see in each other?!" Aiden yelled.

|9| "At what point in life did you think you guys would be good for each other? You guys aren't compatible and I'm not talking about Zodiac signs." Aiden added. "You're sensitive as fuck," He pointed to Elio. "And you can't comfort someone to save your life." Aiden pointed to Darrin.

|10| "Darrin, You don't show emotion a lot. Elio, you need someone who shows emotion. Darrin is aggressive as shit. Elio babe, you can't handle that. What type doomed-for-failure relationship were yall tryna make?" Aiden concluded.

|11| "yall are another breed." Aiden shook his head. Noone responded to that. After a while of silence, Erix got control of Elios body. He immediately hugged Ren, wrapping his arms around him.

|12| Ren hugged him back and smiled. They sat down near the other door where they were just being cute and being affectionate to eachother. After a week of pain, Erix was more than happy to see his beloved mate.

|13| Ren was leaning on Erix after they got their breakfast. Erix was leaning back on Ren who started playing with Erix's fingers. After a while Ren fell asleep on Erix's shoulder. Erix felt Elio nagging him for his body back so he gave it back.

|14| Elio was planning on moving back as he slid out a bit, Ren's head dropped a bit. Elio looked at him a bit then sighed, sitting back where he was. Elio was on his phone when he saw Aiden siting on the kitchen counter. Elio knew he needed to apologize so he decided right now was a good time.

|15| Elio sat up, making Ren's head was resting if the wall. Elio walked towards Aiden. "What could you possibly fucking want?" Aiden asked without talking his eyes off his phone. Elio took a deep breath before sighing. "I'm really sorry, Aiden. I know that I hurt you and betrayed your trust and I've been an awful friend..." Elio apologized, looking down.

|16| "Thats rich coming from you but, why are you apologizing to me? I'm not your mate. You didn't hurt me, Darrin did. You have to apologize to Ren. How about this, when Ren forgives you, ill forgive you, Alright?" Aiden said as he crossed his arms.

|17| "Well that might take a few months" Elio chuckled a bit. "Oh trust me it won't. Apologize once and you'll be forgiven." Aiden said which made Elio confused. "What?" Elio asked.

|18| Aiden sighed. "Broken omegas rely on their mates, you his mate so whatever you do, apologize and you'll be forgiven. In most cases." Aiden explained. "What do you mean? Rens not an broken omega."

|19| "Are you blind by chance? Ren has pure black fur and he's an omega, that means he's a broken omega." Aiden explained. "I thought black fur just meant you slept around a lot." Elio muttered.

|20| "Elio... Do you know what a broken omega is?" Aiden asked, genuinely confused. Elio shook his head. "A broken omega is an omega who went through years of abuse or rape to the point their mind breaks and they lose all sense of self worth." Elios eyes widened. "And the only thing that can make them gain more self worth is their mates. Which is why for broken omegas the only result of rejection is death." Aiden concluded.

|21| Elio's mouth was left agape but the closed. Realization didn't hit him yet. "What your telling me is that Ren went through years of abuse or rape." Aiden nodded. "Its usually both. With rape comes abuse and with abuse usually come rape." Aiden added.

|22| "I thought packs don't do that anymore." Elio muttered, leaning on the counter. "Most don't. But red moon? Ha! They are known for it." Aiden replied.

|23| Elio was silent but then it hit him. He called a rape/abuse victim a slut. He cheated on someone who was extremely emotionally vulnerable. "Oh and not to make it worse but uhm. Broken omegas can go through extreme suicidal thoughts and self harm thoughts when going through difficult time when it come to their mates... and its extremely common. So please check up on Ren."

|24| Elio nodded. "How do you know all this?" Elio asked, genuinely confused. "You are supposed to learn stuff like that I school. I don't know why you didn't. And plus I'm a medic, and also I thought my mate was gonna be an omega so yeah..." Aiden explained with a light chuckle at the end, clearly embarrassed.

|25| Elio nodded while looking away, like he was thinking about something. He then left Aiden to go sit back with Ren. As he touched Ren, Rens body completely relaxed, like Elio fixed all of Rens problems by touching him. Elio was actually starting to feel bad. He had to be honest, he did find Ren attractive but he hated that.

|26| He always dreamed of having what he thought was his ideal type for so many years now that if he didn't, it'd feel wrong but now, since he can't have that, he has no choice but to break down that barrier. He said to himself that he'd be kinder to Ren from now on, I mean. Its progress.

|27| Aiden and Darrin were slowly, repairing their mate bond with some difficulty because of Darrin's aggressiveness. Underneath all of that aggression, Darrin is quite respectable and caring. Well, to Aiden. He is just neutral to everyone else other than Elio. Speaking of Elio, the two were good friends. And were better off friends as they were not made for each other.

|28| But in the end, the relationships were repairing themselves. Dariden has gone through all the turmoil so for them, its smooth ground. Can't say the same for Relieno.
