*JENNA'S POV* "Are you sure your sister is nice? I mean, what if I say the wrong thing to her tonight and she thinks I'm a doof?"
I questioned Mason over the phone in complete nervousness. I'm hosting Saturday Night Live tonight, and the musical guest is Mason's sister Jayden. Who is also the new co star of ours for the new Scream movie we're starting to film in a few months.
"You're overthinking way too much, Jen. Jayden is literally just the female version of me. Sweet, talented, and funny. Jayden wouldn't be an asshole or hurt anyone's feelings. Not even a damn fly."
Between me, myself, and I, I have a MAJOR crush on Jayden Gooding. No one but me knows that, because everyone thinks I'm straight since I have a boyfriend. But I never openly discussed my sexuality to the public, or anyone in my personal life for that matter.
My boyfriend is the singer and actor; Dominic Fike. We met at the Euphoria season two red carpet event, and he seemed to really like me. So I took the chance in letting him take me out on a date.
I was only there because of Zendaya, to be honest. Zendaya and I have been friends for a while, so she thought it would be great if I came that night to enjoy it with her.
But the truth is, I've always had the biggest celebrity crush on Jayden. I knew who she was way before I met Mason.
Not only is she a huge music star and can act as well, but she's dating Selena Gomez. Their relationship made huge public news everywhere once they got together after her split with Justin Bieber.
My whole point being, I don't wanna be seen as a huge doofus to thee Jayden Gooding. I just won't know how to live with myself.
"Alright. I'm trusting you, Mason. I'll talk to you later, Dominic just got here. He's taking me out to lunch before I have to be on the set of SNL."
"Okay, I'll talk to you later on. Good luck tonight, Jen."
With that being said, Mason hung up the phone and I walked over to Dominic's car and getting in with a smile.
"Hey, you. I was beginning to think you weren't going to show up. I'm starving."
"Sorry about that, babe. I know I'm kinda late, but I was tryna pick out my best outfit for you. You already know how I love to impress you."
Dominic smiled brightly and kissed me before he drove off. I chuckled.
"It's okay. You look adorable. I'm glad you took out the extra time in trying to impress me."
I then looked at my phone on Instagram, seeing Jayden's post being the first one that pops up on my feed.

I sighed and shook my head lightly, liking the photo and continuing to scroll through Instagram.
Selena is one lucky girl, I tell you that one..
"Thank you, my love. You don't look too bad yourself. I've been waiting all day to see you."
"Aw, really? You are too sweet, Dom. I'm so excited to see you, too. I'm just nervous about tonight, is all."
"How come? You're a natural at this, Jen. You'll do great with hosting SNL!"
"I know. But you know how nerves get to you when it's the first time for everything."
"Trust me, I totally understand where you're coming from. I get those first time jitters still til this day. It never really goes away, you just learn how to deal with it better." - - - - Eventually, it was time to where I had to be over at SNL. The moment I heard fans screaming and going crazy outside of the building is when I knew that Jayden had finally showed up.
My heart sunk into my ass so fast, I didn't know how to react. I just stood there like an idiot as I seen Jayden walk in with Selena.
"Jenna! It's so nice seeing you again! It's been such a long time."
Selena squealed happily as she ran over to me, giving me a huge hug. Selena and I have also known each other for a while, considering we both came from Disney Channel.
I let off a slight smile, hugging her back.
"It's so nice to see you again too, Selena."
"Aye, it's my girl Wednesday! Also known as my new co star. You killed that role, by the way. I'm so hyped for season two."
Jayden came over and shook my hand once Selena finally pulled away from the hug. I giggled in disbelief that Jayden actually paid attention to what I had roles in, and that she actually enjoyed watching it.
"Thanks! That means a lot! I love your music too, by the way. My favorite song by you is Let Me Explain."
"Dope! Who knew that Jenna Ortega actually listens to my music?"
"Let's go, Jay. You gotta get to your last rehearsal before your performance."
A tall guy, who I assume was Jayden's bodyguard, spoke and stared at Jayden. Jayden then nodded, looking back at me.
"I'll catch you later. It was nice meeting you, and good luck hosting tonight!"
Jayden then walked away with the tall guy, leaving Selena in front of me. She gave me another warm smile before starting to speak again.
"Jay was right though, Jen. You really killed the role of Wednesday. We watched every single second together. We can't wait for season two!"
"That genuinely means a lot, Selena. I'm actually surprised to see you here. I didn't think you would be with Jayden."
"Of course! I can't miss my baby's First performance on Saturday Night Live! This is an opportunity that Jayden has been waiting forever for."
"Jenna, let's go. You can catch up with miss Gomez later on."
Shelly, my manager, said as she walked up to me and Selena.
