"BELLAAAAAAAA!!!!!!" Violet screams, running over to the human girl with her arms spread open for a hug.
Violet launched herself at Bella, hoping for a hug, but was stopped by Edward midair. "Be careful Vivie. You could get hurt. And so could Bella" Edward lightly scolded.
"You're starting to sound like my dad, Eddie." Violet huffs as he set her on her feet again.
"I'm just trying to keep you and Bella safe, Vivie." Edward smiles.
"Now you do sound like my dad." Violet rolls her eyes. "Hi Bells!!"
"Hey, V" Bella smiles.
Violet and Bella had gotten along so well when they first met, that they had become best friends before the end of the school day.
It was well known that if Violet wasn't with the Cullens, she was with Bella.
"I've missed you! It's been forever since I've seen your beautiful face, my love!" Violet smiles clinging onto Bella's arm.
"V, you saw me yesterday." Bella laughs.
"But that was such a long time ago!"
"And what about me, Vivie?" Edward asks.
"Yeah, hi, Eddie." Violet waves off "Are you excited to see them play, Bells?" Violet asked leading Bella away from Edward and towards the field.
Edward looked at Violet surprised. She had never waved him off like that before.
"Don't take it too personally, Edward, she always does that when she's with Bella." Jasper smiles.
"At least we know who her favorites are." Rosalie jokes.
"Oh you know I love you all!" Violet smiles "But I mean, come on, it's Bella!"
Most people didn't get it. People would say Bella had the personality and looks of paper. But you had to get past that first few layers of outer personality to reach her true self.
She liked to think of it like a watermelon. You had the outer layer, the skin. Then you had the white layer, the rind. And then you had the actual fruit part that everyone loved!
You could also say she was like an onion, but Violet didn't like onions, so she opted to use another food that had multiple layers.
"Come on! We're umpiring!" Violet chirped, pulling Bella towards Esme.
"They think we cheat." Emmett points to Esme and Violet.
"I know you cheat." Esme smiles.
"He does. All the time" Violet whispers to Bella, who chuckles.
