Jieun's POV

I silently looked at the yard full of small gardens through the window of Jungkook's study. I decided to tell the whole matter of Lee Minho to Jungkook. He was too shocked to know that Rośe was Lee Junghee's daughter and she was the one who actually gave most of their informations to him. There were so many revelations. So many betrayals. How will Taehyung take it? Then there's another problem. I haven't told him that I'm pregnant. Nobody knows about this except Jin oppa. I rubbed my forehead and closed my eyes.

My mind recalled what happened a while ago at the café.

Flashback

I feel like my words are stuck at my throat.

'He doesn't even know she's dead.'

"What do you mean by you don't know anything about her?" I again asked Lee Minho just to be sure.

"I haven't met her after our breakup. Heck. I don't even know how she is and where she is now."

I won't lie. There's truth in his eyes.

"But when we were in relationship I truly loved her. She truly loved me. I don't know what happened, why she broke up with me but I don't regret loving her."

He then held my hands in his big palms.

"Can you tell me about her please? I promise Taehyung won't know anything about this." He requested. His voice was broken. He was desperate to know about her. I don't know what I was feeling. He said Jisoo unnie was the one who broke up with him but the story I know is different. It's the whole opposite. But even if he had hurt her he deserves to know the truth. I took a deep breath.

"I'm sorry to say but......Jisoo unnie is no longer with us."

His eyes widened like his whole mind shook.

"W-what do you m-mean?"

I closed my eyes. If I see his face now I won't be able to stop my tears.

"She left this cruel world a long ago Lee Minho."

"No. It can't be." He whispered those words.

"H-how?"

I bit my lips. My eyes already were brimmed with tears.

"I don't know what actually happened. But Taehyung said you were the one who actually left her."

"What?"

"Please listen to me. Jisoo unnie couldn't bear the pain of losing you. With a broken heart she always waited for you that someday you will come to her. She became mentally very ill that she started to hallucinate about you. And one day she....."

A deep sad sigh escaped from my mouth.

"S-she took so many sleeping pills and....."

Lee Minho stayed silent. He didn't utter a single word after hearing me. His eyes became blank. Slowly he got up and went outside. I also followed him and saw him at the parking side, aimlessly staring at the street.

"Fate is sometimes too cruel to let us enjoy our life." He muttered.

"She was already gone." I put my hand on his shoulder.

"I'm sorry." I slowly whispered.

He shook his head and gave me a painful smile.

"Thank you for telling me about her." He then let out a deep sigh and went to his car.
