(Warning: Violence)

Jieun's POV

One month has passed after the incident with uncle Kim. The boys tried to find him but there were no traces of that bastard. Who knows where he is now? But he won't be able to do anything even if he wants.

In this time I was also taught how to use a gun and dagger, just for my safety you know. Taehyung actually told this idea to the boys and they also agreed. Namjoon oppa suggested Jungkook should teach me those. As he is an agent he has experience of teaching these kinds of things and the others didn't mind.

Currently I'm throwing daggers at the board in front of me. Jin, Namjoon and Hobi oppa have went to their respective works. The others are here in this house.

Jungkook is inspecting my moves and later he gave me a satisfied smile as the dagger nearly hit the bull's eye.

"Great! You're a quick learner Jieun." He said and I flashed him a smile. We looked at each other. There was an awkward silent between us.

"How's my sweetheart doing?" We both startled as he heard Taehyung's deep voice. He entered the practice room, immediately wrapping his hands around my waist, wiping the sweats of my forehead with a towel.

Jungkook coughed a little as I blushed crimson red.

"I'm heading out." Saying he left, leaving us alone in the room. I looked at the door and then at Taehyung. He was watching me, deeply that I felt myself more tiny under his deep gaze.

"Hey! Don't look at me like this!" I slapped his chest and he let out a chuckle. Bending down he pecked my lips again and again. He hugged me closer to him and I gently rubbed his back.

"Is everything alright Tae?" I asked as he was tightly holding me.

Taehyung's POV

"I'm not going anywhere baby." She looked at my eyes and kissed my forehead. I closed my eyes feeling her warm soft lips against my skin.

"Nothing. Just feeling like hugging you." I nuzzled my nose with her's. Honestly, I wasn't feeling good. The same feeling like that day. No matter how much I tried to get the thoughts away from my mind I can't. But it's okay. This time I won't do any mistakes.

Jieun hugged me back and I placed my chin on her head, sniffing her sweet strawberry scent. I chuckled. She used my shampoo today. Well not that I mind.

I know she's still dealing with the emotions. We all are feeling the same. But still we're trying although it's hard to accept. Sighing I stroke her hair.

All of a sudden the lights went off. Jieun and I both startled because of the sudden darkness.

What happened suddenly? An ambush?

The basement is under the palace and obviously lights can't come inside although it's morning. I turned the flashlight of my phone and tried to find the torches which we always keep in this room, just in case for the situations like this one. Jieun tightly held my hand and I kept my mind alert of our surroundings. We can't let our guards down. When I found the torches I gave my phone to Jieun to call Jungkook as he left the room earlier. I then went to lock the door. I told the guards to go to the dungeon where Jinyoung and Minji were.

I've a perfect plan to distract if any intruder comes.

When I locked it I turned around and saw  Jieun bringing the phone near her ear. She put the call on speaker so that I can also hear their conversation.

"Hyung! I was about to call you." Jungkook's whisper was heard. So that means definitely something's wrong.

"Jungkook. What happened? Why the lights went off?" Jieun asked.
